We had a large load of decking, hardware, and wood delivered. The young man was courteous, explaithe process of unloading, and carefully unload all the products efficiently. I was impressed that he took great care to not harm my lawn. I could not be more pleased and will continue to use Stoneburner for my future purchases.

Was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and competent help of Ryan and his helper loading my lumber onto the trailer….and the quality AND pricing was better than the box store junk. My new lumber store!

I called in the morning for a repair to my garage door opener. I was given an appointment for the next morning, which was great. I got a call from Josh later that day who said they could come the same day I called. Arrived that afternoon and had it repaired in 30 minutes. It doesn't get much better than that.

They responded to a chat question on a Friday night after hours and said they be in touch on Monday. I got a call at 8:15 am Monday and Ian was at our home at 10 am inspecting and provided an estimate for a new Sun Setter Awning. Great timely response!

Installation was flawless, Ian and his crew nailed it. Done.

Couldn’t find a match to our white vinyl soffit at the big box stores. Went online to Stoneburner. Sent a text and a picture of what we needed. Catie responded almost immediately it was in stock and included a price. Also needed another replacement piece and they helped find that.
Folks are amazingly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Why go anywhere else? We won’t anymore!

Ian let me know when he was on the way, installed the garage door opener, a switch, two remotes, and even programmed my car to open it. Really nice gentleman who did great work quickly and efficiently.

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate for a damaged residential garage door. Representative showed up on time an offered several options for repair/replacement. Agreed on the route to go and scheduled tech to do the work. Do were very knowledgeable and did excellent work. Tech cleaned up after work and went over what had been done. First of all, my experiences with Stoneburner was amazingly satisfying and pleasant. Not only Stoneburner has the best knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff, but also their price is astonishingly low.
I needed a torsion tube for my garage. I called around northern Virginia including big and small hardware stores and lumberyards without any luck. Due to its size, it is not practical to order online and have it shipped. Some how I came across Stoneburner listing and made the best phone call in my DIY experience.
When I called, a very friendly lady at the front desk picked up the call and transferred me to a gentleman named David. I was blown away for his eagerness to help, professionalism, friendliness, and vast knowledge. Although Stoneburner is 2 hours away from where I live, I was so impressed that I decided to pay a visit to the store.
The store is absolutely impressive. It is not a usual lumberyard, instead, it is clean, organized, efficient, and friendly staff throughout the store. Not only with these traits, the price is astonishingly low.
I wish I have a lumberyard like Stoneburner near my neighborhood or within store’s service area. Even though my roof is not leaking, I was thinking to replace it. Because the attention Stoneburner put in for such a small item I bought, I wanted them to replace my roof. Unfortunately, they don’t serve my area (too far away). I strongly recommend anyone who has a project and near Harrisonburg area check out the store/lumberyard. You will be impressed.

Highly recommend Stoneburner! We were having issues with our last commercial roll up door at my busniess, Sleep On It. Thought we would have to have the entire door and motor replaced. Technician Ian, came to our store inspected the door and was able to rectify the issues without the need for total replacement. Ian even came back and replaced the weather sealing around our door for us. He was extremely professional and honest with us. We love doing business with trust worthy, local companies such as Stoneburner! I'd recommend them for all your needs within their scope of work!

Installers arrived on time, were professional and the install went without a problem. After installation, very good instructions on operation with remote and use of crank in the event of power outage. The fabric is absolutely beautiful!

David Donavan came out to do a consultation. Gave me options. I was pleased with the information he shared with me. I ordered a 12' x 10'.2" motorized with a manual backup Incase of power outage. It came in in 3 wks as he said it would. His two installers came at 9am and we're finished by 10:50. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to operate the Sunsetter. I am very pleased with the work they all did. I recommend them to all my friends.

If you want a beautiful, professionally built horse barn, I believe there is no other builder out there that could construct one better than the Stoneburner Company and few that could equal the final structure. Our new barn visually has the highest quality material in it and the building process included no shortcuts. My wife and I experienced a very gracious and helpful relationship with everyone we came in contact with Stoneburner, especially the job foreman and his crew.

I contacted Stoneburner through a text. Within no time, I got a response and the conversation began about a run-in shed. We concluded the conversation through email and quotes were delivered in a very timely manner. Why would I give these guys 5 stars for this? I'm a farmer and working this kind of schedule means sometimes trips to a store or even phone conversations are difficult at best. The fact the guys texted me back and continued to follow up through email, made my life much easier. I did not have to stop what I was doing to get the information I needed! I have used these guys in the past on several projects. And with each project their customer service is top notch. The last time I contacted them was through a text message. I was building a run in shed on my farm. They responded with a text and followed up with Email. Making it very easy to get the answers to the questions for this particular project. Working with StoneBurner and their staff was a great experience from the start. I bought a garage door and had them install it. Their product knowledge made selecting the right door very easy for me. I recently had ordered lumber from Lowe’s in Staunton for a pool deck project. I ordered and paid for the materials on May 10th. The day before the delivery date on June 15th Lowe’s called to inform me that NONE of my materials were available. I had workers lined up for the weekend to install the deck. After calling around multiple places with no success I reached out to Stoneburner and spoke with Ray Showman on the phone. He was so polite and helpful with my order. I sent him a list of materials and within 30 minutes he was back with me with availability and a quote. He also worked with me throughout the day as I made small adjustments to my order and remained polite and very helpful through my panic! Best of all I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and they delivered the next morning by 930am. I am very pleased with the attitude of all the employees I dealt with at Stoneburner and moving forward I will use Stoneburner exclusively for any of my project needs. I’m blown away by the timelines and quality of service provided by Stoneburner. Our garage door fell off the track when we tried to close it at night. The next morning I called and David was sent out within just a couple hours. By the end of the day the door was fully repaired and my house was again secure. Definitely more than a lumberyard!
