I had a great experience with Jorge and the whole crew. They painted the roof on my farmhouse and it looks amazing. They were able to clean up rusty areas that I thought would need to be replaced. I highly recommend them.

They will be back to do more projects for me in the future.

They painted the exterior of our house, but left residual paint drips on all our windows and some on our stationery furniture. They sent someone out to clean up the paint from our windows, but when we inspected the work, we noticed that they only pained half of the deck. You could see where they stopped rolling. Really? We texted them about this a week ago, but have not heard back from them. Very slow to respond back.

I can't say enough good things about our experience using Economic Painting to paint the exterior of our house.

Economic Painting was cost-competitive with other painters we contacted, started the job when they said they would, and worked hard the entire time. They did plenty of prep work, kept things clean, protected all the plants, and replaced everything on the house exactly where it was before. We were most impressed by their attention to detail, even removing lights or pulling back mulch to paint every inch of every wall. As these things typically go, we requested a few changes after they had started. Economic Painting took it in stride, accommodating us without complaint and even offering some suggestions we liked and accepted.

We've used several contractors and trade professionals over the years and have generally been satisfied. Economic Painting is easily the best experience we had; we recommend them to anyone and plan to use Economic Painting again

If you are searching painters in Rockingham or any adjacent counties. You will find some painters with a lot more reviews than Economic Painting.
However, I chose Economic Painting because their price is the best bang for my buck -- Good quality with reasonable price. Unlike some painters with more reviews who was asking for half the price of building a deck with roof to just power wash and stain the deck, the Economic Painting offers a price that wouldn't burn a hole in my wallet.
Does cheaper price means lower quality? No, it's exact the opposite. They spent hours to perform a through power wash on the deck, and 3 days to slowly stain the deck. Instead of using pain roller to stain the floor, they patiently used brush to stain BOTH floor and handrails. As you can see part of my handrail is inside the screen, they spent great deal of time to cover it up and leaves no mark behind.
I chose semi-transparent stain, and the result is phenomenal with brush work, their is no trace of the streak leaving behind as it would if using a roller.
Careful prep work, and slowly brushing lead to one extra day to finishing the work than original estimate of 2 days. Yet, they honor the quote, and did not charge for the extra labor.
The workers are punctual, friendly, and professional, the owners gave me a wide color selection from different type of stain during the power washing day. FYI, they use the Sherwin-Williams brand.
They also buying the stain in a rather small quantity every day to avoid the waste, and keep the receipt of the purchase. In the end, there is less than one gallon leftover, perfect for future touch up if needed.
Needless to say, the workers cleaned up after each days of work, and leaves no mess behind.
My experience with Economic Painting is awesome, and I would use them again when the time comes to re-stain the deck.

We contracted with Economic Painting to paint an exterior of a medium size public building that had not been painted since it was constructed in 2002. They were prompt in their responses and fair in their quotes. The power washed prior to painting and did an excellent job of matching existing colors. They also saved us some money by pointing out some work that had originally been included in the quote but upon further inspection but was later found to be unnecessary. They could have easily did the work anyway and charged us for it but this just shows how honest they are. The overall work was expertly done and completely in a timely manner. Thanks again.

I've got nothing but great things to say about Jorge and the team at Economic Painting. We hired them to repair a botched wallpaper removal job, but their quote, including drywall repair, priming, and painting was less than half of other quotes, and the work was top notch. Given how satisfied we were with this first job, we hired them for additional wallpaper removal, painting, and drywall repair. Again, their price was great, and the work is amazing quality. Economic Painting will be the first place I reach out to for future work.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
