I highly recommend Stonebriar Roofing, to the highest degree. From beginning to end, they manage the job with the utmost professionalism, quality work, perks, and open communication. The owner is heavily involved and oversees the projects to ensure the highest of quality. We really feel taken care of and the whole process was stress-free. First, they inspected the roof for hail damage. Next, they met with the adjustor inspector to make sure they are looking for the right things in the right places. After insurance approves, they set a schedule for the work that works for you. We never had to lift a finger. Simple process. They are always punctual as well. They are always there to lend a helping hand and answer any questions throughout the process. The day of the roof replacement went very smooth as well. They let you pick out which shingle will fit your taste and they use high quality material. They picked up every shingle, nail, and debris that came from the project, leaving the property spotless. My yard actually looked better after the project! The owner stopped by the day after the project to inspect the job and ensure I was happy. They have a life-long customer with me! They exceeded my expectations!

Kyle was very responsive and quick to come to our aid when we needed help photographing our roof for our home owner's insurance policy. Reached out via the website, talked to him same day, came out first thing the next morning and helped us out. He was very insightful in answering some questions I had about our current insurance provider as well. I'll DEFINITELY be using Stonebriar Roofing for any repair or replacement work we may need in the future.

Kyle is awesome! Super knowledgeable, helpful and a really good guy. He wasn't looking to overcharge or hassle me around with an inflated quote to clean gutters. He even found a little hole in the roof and fixed it while up there. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good experience. Will absolutely be using them in the future when we need more work done.

Kyle contacted the insurance company, took additional photos of the damage and negotiated additional funds to cover the real price of replacement—not the insurance companies made up price that covers half. I’m a returning customer to Stonebriar roofing company. This time the entire roof had to be removed from hail damage and install new roof. As a first time home owner I didn’t have experience filing a claim to the insurance company but Kyle helped me through the process a lot. He kind of took care of the claim process so I didn’t have to deal with it much. He was present when the adjuster came to my house and many times after to ensure that everything stayed with the plan. Roof installation went very well and his team does put a high quality work. As some other ppl mentioned in other reviews, I didn’t have to pay Stonebriar until all work was done and complete. Kyle also lives locally here in North Texas so why wouldn’t i support local businesses like his, especially that provides quality work and very responsive to my calls and texts. I would highly recommend Stonebriar Roofing company.

This is the most reputable roofing company I have ever used. Kyle, the owner, met with the adjuster as they inspected my property. When the workers arrived, Kyle was there to ensure the bushes were protected. Before they started back with the shingles, he was back to make sure the roof was ready. When the shingles were on, Kyle was back assuring that the cleanup was complete. I didn’t pay him until the job met my satisfaction.

I have had other companies that send out a salesman to get the work. Want all or partial payment up front and then you never see them again. This was a very pleasant experience working with an honest roofing company

I had a minor issue, where one of my vent caps was broken and fell off my roof & needed to be put back on. Kyle came out to do that for me and noticed my roof had many additional spots of concern. He helped me understand the process with the insurance company and assisted with getting the claim started. He was very thorough and honest with everything, but most importantly he was patient with the process of HOA approval and delayed bank payments. I’m very happy with the quality and speed of project. I have had my roof done several times in the last 20 years since I have lived here in Texas. However, Kyle has been the best by far. Kyle acted as my eyes and ears while dealing with my own insurance company who probably would not have done completely right by me had it not been for Kyle pointing out things to the insurance agency.
I found Kyle to be fair and honest and wasn’t trying to take it advantage of me nor the insurance company.
In the pass most of the roofers were just money hungry and their workmanship was not that great.
I Kyle to stand behind his work and company name. Whenever, my roof is in need of repaired I will be calling on Kyle again.
