Frankie and Kuba were great to work with these guys know what they are doing!! There roofer are very hard working guys. They answered all of all questions and then get it done in a hurry very efficient!!! Very knowledgeable!!! I would highly recommend them on any roofing project that you have.

first off I want to express how great it was to work with your company. I want to thank Andre for stopping by and talking to me. I have had many roofing company's stop by and wanted to reroof my home. I knew my shingles were bad because most of the surface was gone. He took the time to go up on the roof and inspect where all the others just said I needed a new roof. He also work with the insurance buy to secure a complete new roof. At first he wanted to just replace 4 or 5 shingles but it came to his attention that there were no singles available to replace them with because of the size. Your crew was super in the tarping the home and super job with the clean up. A shout out to Franky for keeping me up to date. As a result my insurance agent will and myself will recommend you in the future.

We’re thoroughly pleased with our new roof by Stone Ranch Roofing. Ryan was excellent to work with throughout the project. He scoped the project quickly and effectively, including several issues we hadn’t considered. He was prompt, responsive, and insightful to questions, in providing information about options, and in dealing with special situations. He’s experienced, helpful, and insurance-savvy.
His small crew was likewise experienced and efficient. For long periods of time I watched them work steadily and smoothly, with little if any hesitation, and with almost no need for verbal coordination between them…veritable poetry in motion. In the process, they found a few unexpected issues, and assessed and corrected…and usually improved…them in stride. At our request, they were attentive to some of the planter areas around the house and protected them from clutter and damage, even though it required some additional effort on their part. They cleaned up promptly and thoroughly at the end of each day and at the end of the project.
Ryan ensured that all the elements of the project, including a couple of obscure ones, were completed as we requested, before the crew departed.
They were a delight to work with. We’d have them do it again.

Jake was great! He gave me a thorough roof inspection free of charge, and gave me a really good idea of the condition of my roof. There wasn’t enough damage up there to get insurance to cover the roof, but I’ll definitely use these guys in a couple years when it’s time for me to get a new roof!

They did a full analysis of my roof and within a couple weeks, I received a new estimate for a full roof replacement and only payed my deductible! Their work was very efficient and well done. I found a couple shingles in my yard after the last windstorm and I had no idea that insurance covered that. Kuba knocked on my door and did a free inspection, fast forward two weeks and Stone Ranch is putting on my beautiful new roof! Could not recommend these guys enough.

My 22 year old roof was looking old and worn, especially the rear that faces south with all the sun, wind and weather.
I was going to put it off until next year but luckily the neighbor behind me had his roof inspected by Frankie and he happened to see how bad my roof was looking and stopped by.
Very laid back, friendly, knowledgeable. He went up inspected and didn’t pressure like most trying to get your business. I don’t know a lot about roofing and he expertly explained all the details and even said I could probably hold off and get by for a few more years if I wanted to wait.
But I really wanted to get it done and taken care of, he helped with dealing with my insurance and filing a claim and also came out for the inspection to discuss things with the adjuster. Better than I would have been able to.
Did get approved for a full replacement, picked out a color and Frankie also made a good suggestion of the type and color.
We scheduled a day once they received the material and had to skip because of bad weather but the day his crew was able to come out they were there early. They did an awesome job covering the perimeter of the house and they removed the old roof down to wood then put about 75% of the new sheathing and shingles up the same day.
They came back the next day and it took only about half the day for them to finish. They spent a lot of time cleaning up the yard and making sure to pick up all the nails and debris, the yard looked as clean as when they started.
The new roof looks great, I’d recommend to anyone that if they need a roof replaced this would be the business to contact.
