Nebraska's flooding completely destroyed the lower level of my split-level home. My living room, hallway, and two bedrooms were destroyed. All of the walls needed redone, along with the flooring. As a single mom on a budget, it was really important to me to feel comfortable with the contractor and trust that I could stay within my budget. I interviewed two other contractors and both left me feeling discouraged. When Aaron came to look at the damage to my home, he was honest and kind. He gave me a fair price and was able to stay within my budget. He kept me updated as he went, and checked in with me to make sure that I was comfortable with how things progressed. Aaron went above and beyond what I could've asked of him from such a big project. Thanks to him, my downstairs is once again livable and is beautiful. I would absolutely recommend Stiver Remodel & Siding and plan on continuing to use this company for all of my remodeling needs.

Aaron has done several projects for us including flooring and a bathroom remodel. He has done a great job ! We will continue to use Aaron for our future projects.
