Beware of this contractor, do your homework. Steve is a personable guy and comes across very friendly but doesn't listen, cuts corners, and will defer you to his attorney if you have problems with his work. Our property is now de-valued because he was there.
- Water lines all over the building were installed outside of climate controlled space and freeze. The building is at risk of water damage when the lines freeze and bust. We are currently scrambling to find someone reputable to do the entire job over and correctly.
- Interior construction work is not plumb, square, or level.
- Finishing on a section of concrete replaced does not match any of the surrounding concrete - he brushed it where everything else is smooth.
- Does not clean up after jobs are done. Garbage was left, insulation was torn, damage to ductwork.
Very disappointing and costly experience. No attention to detail. He will do whatever is cheap and easy for himself, collect his money and leave, does not guarantee his work. The carelessness is stunning. If I could give negative stars, I would.
