Steve told me on the phone that he could start on my roof before December, 31 and after a phone conversation with him he texted me a estimate. I texted him back that i wanted to hire him. I contacted him later in the day and he told me that he was no longer interested unbelievable! I thought he was going to reroof part of my house, so i canceled another bid that i had with another roofer. He should have been honest with me and let me know that he wasn't interested in the first place.
Steve Peace and crew did a great job remodeling an old farmhouse for me and installing a new roof on a former restaurant we are renovating. They show up on time, are finished when they tell you they will be and don’t leave until it’s done. Plus the workmanship is excellent. Not sure what else you need from a contractor, but he has been the best I’ve found and I’ve tried quite a few.
