I have been trying to get in touch with this company for 2 weeks to do a job on a warrantied roof. You cannot just use any roofer because it will void the warranty. However this is a paid job not warranty work and he will not answer a phone call I just get excuses every time from the receptionist which it is not her fault by no means that the guy actually doing the work will not return a phone call but it is highly unprofessional.
