I am extremely pleased with the help I received from Nick from Sterling Exteriors. He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He fixed my soffit and facia damage with ease. I highly recommend Sterling Exteriors for any of the work that they support (siding, roofing, windows, decks, gutters, etc).

My sister(Kathy) and I needed to have Nick and crew help us plan and fix the family lakehome (Dad purchased 1967 and was rebuilt in 2001). So the feeling of updating and working through guilt of changing anything wasn't easy. With Nick's guidance and patience, smoothly solving any small issue, calming and laughing until finished. Making this a home for Kathy to be happy living in.

I called Sterling Exteriors in August, 2024, to get an estimate for a roofing job on our old, family-owned summer cabin. Soon after our call, the company owner, Nick Mustayesa, returned my call, visited the lake cabin, met with me and surveyed the damage. The roofing was badly damaged and Nick photographed the shingles and consulted his computer which enabled him to pinpoint the most recent damaging hail storm. He provided a detailed estimate shortly thereafter which we thought was reasonable, including the recommendation that gutters be added to the job; (We had already determined that we needed them, so they were added). We next consulted with our insurance adjuster (who had also surveyed the damage and met with Nick) and accepted. Nick was considerate of our cabin-use "timeline", and suggested waiting until October when the cabin is rarely used. We were provided samples of roofing, etc., and Nick made recommendations when we asked him to; he was also available whenever we had questions. The final roofing job has fulfilled our expectations; we highly recommend Sterling Exteriors for their excellent work.

I cannot say enough nice things about Sterling Exteriors! We hired them a little over a year ago to put new siding on our 1960's rambler. Nick helped us pick out the perfect hardie siding that matched our board and batten style exterior. Every detail of the exterior was done perfectly and with great detail. They even spent extra time fixing some weird issues we had around windows and a deck because they wanted it to be perfect. Now we have a lovely exterior we’re proud of.

We liked working with them so much that I reached out again to see if they could help with a full gut bathroom remodel on our first floor that was insurance related. Nick was so responsive, and his team held our hands through the entire insurance process. We had no idea what we were doing and were overwhelmed. Sterling Exteriors went above and beyond to help explain everything to us, work with our insurance agent every step of the way and helped us be able to navigate the cumbersome insurance process. I highly recommend them and will be reaching out to Nick and his team for future house projects and have told our families about using them too.

Sterling Exteriors has completed two projects for us; new windows, gutter installation. Far exceeded our expectations. Nick is great to work with and prices are very reasonable. Wish we had the option to select 10 stars! Will be contacting Nick and crew for all future projects. Perfection is no longer a myth.

We used Sterling Exteriors for hail damage repairs on our roof. Nick was incredibly helpful from day one. He worked directly with our insurance company for us and was always very responsive when we had questions. I hired Nick to replace the exterior siding on my home from vinyl to hardie. Nick was responsive and helpful. We love the end product and enjoyed working with him and his team. His team was fast getting the job done and did an excellent job with the setup and cleanup so that everything looked fantastic when they left. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job and great communication with the customer.

Nick helped me deal with my insurance claim and ultimately replaced my roof and helped coordinate replacement of my ac unit. He was prompt, organized and knew how to deal with the insurance company. After the claim was approved, he scheduled a team to replace the roof. The roof replacement was done with high quality , efficient manner and my house was left in much better shape then originally found. He helped make the overall process much easier and less stressful to deal with. I would highly recommend his company if you are looking for quality work, efficiency, organization and a stress free process for any and all services.

I'm very satisfied with the experience I've had working with these guys. Everything was done effectively and in a timely manner. They helped me throughout the entire process. From working with insurance, to picking out the look I liked best, and up until the job was completed. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend working with these guys to anyone.

They did a great job replacing our roof and window wraps after a hail storm. They worked with insurance, making the process very easy for us. For everything done really quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!

This is the second project that Nick and Ivan have done for me. This time, they replaced the masonite siding on one side of my house and repaired 3 or 4 other small areas..they stand out because of their responsiveness, the wide range of options they give you to consider, and their high quality workmanship. I would have liked to replace all of the siding on the entire house, but couldn't afford it at this time. They understand real life budget limitations and are fully collaborative regarding how to do things in phases, if need be. I feel so comfortable with them that I referred them to redo my mother's home AND garage.
