Sent back a product from Amazon that was no longer working and was able to receive a refund. Thanks. There's great service by the lady that was working there that evening. I was going to buy clothes and they weren't bothered by anything and found out some good sales going on by good information from the salesman

Today was my first time in Circleville Ace Hardware and it certainly won’t be the last. Customer service was 10/10! These folks were genuinely happy to be serving their customers. I highly recommend Circleville Ace Hardware!

Friendly, helpful people. They carry a wide range of high quality products at affordable prices. They ordered items for me that came in quickly. I go there first for anything I need for my home. I highly recommend Ace in Circleville.

My car wouldn't start upon leaving the store last Friday. I sat in the hot parking lot waiting for a friend, when the owner of the store came out and assisted me to try to jump my battery and then got tools to help me remove it when we realized it was bad. Thank you so much, Shawn. You really helped me by just stopping to ask if I was ok. My hero

I got there 15 minutes before they closed needing to find some plumbing parts that I didn't even know if existed or not.. anyway the young man who helped me out opened 30 different packages with me trying to figure out a solution for my problem! which we did at the last second. my thanks go out to him!! above and beyond when it comes to service! I highly recommend this place

The place has a great selection and a helpful staff. Prices may be a bit higher, but the time you save shopping here makes it a great value.

I got a duplicate key made, because the manager said he couldn't order the original Craftsman tool box keys & I was told Ace could order them, so I don't know why they couldn't be if so?

I save my 5 stars for places like this. Such helpful people, they go above and beyond their "job title" to just be helpful and customer service oriented. In addition, the store is clean and well organized. Worth the drive, even from Dublin.

Knowledgeable employees were helpful and friendly. ACE always just feels like a friendly neighborhood shop & this one exceeds that feeling.
