My wife and I have used Steele Services twice over the last 10 years. They helped us with water damage in our house after a plumbing leak was found. They also helped us another time when our air conditioner condensation pipe broke. Scott and his team were quick and responsive and were able to start the mold and water mitigation process quickly to dry out the rooms. His team was excellent coming in for the repairs of the trim, dry wall, flooring, and painting. I was very pleased with the repairs and the paint job. Scott's foreman communicate every day on when they are coming and what time they will be there. They answer all the questions immediately. We highly recommend Steele Services!

Steele Services helped me with flood damage in my house after the heavy rains in Nashville. Scott was quick and responsive and was able to start the flood mitigation process the next morning to dry out the flood damage. I met Scott and team due to tornado damage. They worked with met to put my house back together even better than it was before the damage. The work included the interior and exterior of my home. Scott has a great team and they all know something very stressful has happened to you and show patience and understanding. They also worked with the insurance company to make sure all damage was covered. When water damaged occurred at my parent's home a few months later, we called Steele Services to help. Three trees had fallen on our house and did considerable damage. It happened during Covid so I am certain it had some bearing on the timing. It was not until October before the job was complete. Given the amount of damage I would say the job was successful. The molding around the kitchen cabinets was grey. The contractor were supposed to save them and did not. These still need painted but we just wanted the process to be over so we offered to finish them.

Dealing with a thing like water damage can be a scary experience when disaster hits and the quality of the home that you've put so much time and energy into is on the line.. but Steel Services made this process so much easier. We were worried that the damage to our home was more than we could handle.. but Steel Services walked us through the process with kindess and understanding of how much this home means to us. They worked with our insurance company and restored our home to it's previous glory I don't normally do reviews.. but I felt compelled to share my experience. Scott and his crew performed a remodel of our master bathroom to include ripping up existing tile floor, removing the original shower insert and replacing with a beautiful tile one, wall, ceiling and cabinet painting. Everyone onsite was professional and punctual. We will use Scott again for other projects.

These guys proved to be an incredible company for us! Very Fast response to our home "maybe an hour after called". Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Even my agent from usaa bragged on these guys. They dried our home fast and the perfection they had on with construction was top notch. Very clean, very informative, very caring, and very punctual. Can't say enough about these guys
