Cecil Steele lists his company as having an LLC, but it was dissolved in 2021. He does not have a truck, ladder, saw or even a nail gun. If you contract with him to do work, do not pay him until he has completed the requested work. We gave him money to buy materials and he only did a small part of the work and did not buy any of the necessary materials. He claimed that he lost the money we gave him when it was stolen by his coworker. I do not recommend him.
