Customer feedback on Steel Structures is distinctly mixed, with a significant number of positive reviews praising the quality of workmanship and effective communication throughout the building process. Many customers highlighted the professionalism and responsiveness of staff, leading to smooth project experiences and high satisfaction with the final products. However, a concerning number of negative reviews reported serious project management issues, including delays, poor workmanship, and unprofessional behavior from the company's representatives. These severe complaints overshadow the positive sentiments, raising caution for potential customers regarding the reliability and quality of service.
- The building crew was great, and the amount of options we had was impressive.
- Sean was extremely professional and kept in great communication throughout the project.
- We are very pleased with the entire process and have a beautiful pole barn now.
- The construction took shape quickly, and the crew paid attention to detail.
- Craig is knowledgeable and straightforward about costs and timelines.
- Quality of the work is absolutely horrible, with large mistakes made in cuts.
- This company will nickel and dime you to death and lie to you the entire time.
- They left the roof insulation exposed, leading to months of leaks.
- There are numerous leaks in the roof, and it took two months to correct mistakes after project completion.
- They do not seem to care and make no attempt to get things done as promised.

My project is still not complete, some big mistakes were made in cuts for the siding, corners are poorly aligned. Large scratches in the paint on the siding in numerous places. Now it has been sitting for almost 2 weeks with no work being done. So much for this project being done in 4 weeks, very disappointing. Quality of the work is absolutely horrible. Follow through is even worse.

When looking for a quality shop, we looked at several organizations work, and finished product. One of the largest things that stood out to us was the workmanship, and also the perma column's that they have. Looking at the permanent columns and not having wood touch the ground or have any issues with twisting of the beams that were put into the ground was a huge feature I wanted to invest in.
We wanted our shop to be insulated which compared to several other companies was by far a very in expensive cost to have it done at the time of installation of the shop walls.
The building crew was great and very friendly, they were absolute perfectionist. The crew we had assigned were all seasoned professionals giving us updates on a daily basis in the am of what we would expect to see happen that day. Our kids loved watching this building go up on their last week of summer vacation.
The garage door guy did an amazing job, turned out incredible. The door looks well installed, might have to have them come out to tune my house garage doors at some point.
The concrete crew you guys have was phenomenal they really took a lot of time and effort to ensure that it was done to perfection.
In any construction project there will be change orders, they were very minimal with this project, but anytime you build you need a contingency fund for things if they have to get more gravel or more concrete for the footings.
Chuck, Erica, Jan, Shawn, are all amazing to work with and speak with as well, they kept us well informed of things on the project as well.

We have built several homes along with shops, barns, and outbuildings and honestly this company is by far the worst we have ever had the unfortunate experience of hiring! Open your checkbook and buyer beware, this deceptive company will nickel and dime you to death and lie to you the entire time. Very unprofessional, you have been warned...

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
