Stebnitz Builders Inc

I live in a house built in 1920. My whole first floor is drop ceiling. So I called stebnitz to come quote me for framing in two ceilings and dry wall tape and mud 3 ceilings. All around 10 x 10. I then asked for a sand stain and varnish of the 3 rooms that they’re doing the ceiling in. Around 800 ish sq ft. On top of that I asked for an outlet and some dimmer switches along with a couple cup lights in the ceiling. After getting the quote of 18k I asked if they broke down the quote. They do not. All fixed rate. Wonder why? Project manager shows up 2 weeks before we start and has no idea the floors are being done and that it wasn’t even in the original quote! 18k to frame in 3 ceilings with some light electrical work and drywall??? Just got my quote from a different company for 7k!!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t use these over pricers you’re being robbed!! What I will say is they were very good in returning my down payment and cutting ties without a Hastle which I did appreciate.

We were extremely pleased with the work done by the Stebnitz team (remodel of an unfinished basement and modification of a master bath). Quality work from start-to-finish. Highly recommended.

On time and on budget.Our ten week project broke ground in March 1st, 2017 and included a complete exterior renovation and two story addition. We are summer residents and octogenarians who need assistance with the care and maintenance of our Summer residence in the Delavan area. The (first time for us) services provided by Stebnitz Builders this fall (2014) were very well done and quickly accomplished. Although not inexpensive, the quality was exellent.
