All Seasons Roofing and Chimney Service

My husband and I hired All Seasons Roofing and Chimney Service to clean our chimney and replace our gas burner pipe. Not only did Rick put booties over his shoes to protect our floors as he entered our home he ran a tarp from our front door to our fireplace to help keep things clean while he was in and out. He also vacuumed the debris that was left in our fireplace hat we had missed prior to him coming. The pipe was installed the chimney was cleaned and everything looks fantastic. I can not be complimentary enough to the care that was taken while the work was being done. Great job and great service!

We called All Seasons and promptly, Joe, came to our rescue!! Assessed the issues we knew needed repair and a few others we did not know about. We scheduled the work and arrived on time the day we agreed upon. Joe came out with his crew and instructed them as what he wanted them to repair. A big thanks to Luis, Chad and the rest of the crew. Had a really good experience with All Seasons. They tuck pointed two chimneys at my home and did a great job. They also fixed some flashing and loose shingles that I wasn't aware of. Right at the end of the job, I asked them to put on a chimney cap. They had the right size in the trailer and put it on. I would recommend using All Seasons.

They repaired my chimney which was in bad shape. both guys were professional and efficient. It looks great and they cleaned up after themselves completely

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... Recently moved and bought home in Lake Geneva. Immediately began extremely frustrating search for all new contacts for variety of home services. All Seasons Roofing & Chimney Service is my absolute "first" honest and complete satisfying business experience. The owner, Joe, personally handled appointment. He did an inspection on top of roof and inside attic. He found source of leak, then discussed problem, then discussed cost, and corrected problem immediately. No second visit, no crew scheduled, no need to replace a section of roofing, no removal of tiles, no need to pull up vents, etc. While the quality of work is very important, I personally feel honesty is step number one. Totally honest about necessary work and very fair pricing. I feel so fortunate to have found them after a number of bad experiences. I wish they offered all services (plumbing, landscape, etc). Moved a down spout for me, had them quote the project and after receiving the quote I thought was a little high. Had the guy break the quote down and he explained the job needed 2 guys with a total of 8 hours. I thought it was high, but scheduled the work to be done when I was home and gave him a down payment. One guy came out and did a great job and only took 4 hours of work to complete the job.

Then they charged me full price, of course I came back asking for a reduction. Which I received and then paid in full. Then all of sudden they claim I have less than a 10 dollar balance.

As someone who works in purchasing, I would not recommend this company as they price gauge and are now charging me 30 dollars "late fee" on a 10 dollar balance. Again do not do work with this company.
