I was very impressed with High Rise Chimney from the call to Molly, who was courteous and very accommodating as I needed someone to come out quickly as I just sold my house and needed a Chimney Inspection ASAP! Matt, the owner came out right away, checked out the fireplaces, and after using a camera, confirmed damage in both fireplaces, both needing Stainless Steel Inserts due to cracks in tiles. Matt is very knowledgeable and explained the process and gave us a very good price and many options! Couldn’t have asked for a better business to do this tedious job! High Rise Chimney does incredible work. We are now able to enjoy our woodburning fireplace. Before High Rise, we were unable to enjoy a fire because any fire smoked out the entire house. We now use our fireplace more than ever. The staff at High Rise are thorough and very professional. I highly recommend them!

I had a chimney fire this winter and called Highrise out. They were great to work with and put together a detailed quote for my insurance company and as soon as the my claim was approved they were made it out here quickly to do the repairs, install the new wood burner and get me back up and heating the house with wood again. Great people to work with all the way around, amazing, quality work and fair price.

With the ice storms we had a couple weeks ago and lost power for 22hrs, this thing kept my entire house at 72deg and up with out the blower on the wood burner and no fans/hvac fan going. This thing was a life saver!

I recently had a chimney relined and refurbished. Could not have been more impressed with everybody at High Rise. Molly was extremely personable, quick to answer, and a pleasure to speak with. Matt is very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He clearly and concisely communicated exactly what needed to be done, and more importantly what did NOT have to be done. Matt never tried to “sell” me. He did quite the opposite in steering me away from other costly and unnecessary repairs. He and his crew did a great job at an exceptionally fair price. They were in and out without a trace, except for a nice, clean, functional fireplace. I wish more companies operated with the same competence and integrity. Thank you everybody at High Rise!

High Rise Chimney was great to work with. We had our chimney reworked as it was becoming a hazard.
They came to give a free quote that was professional and informative. Molly in the office was wonderful to communicate with setting up the appointment and followed up with a better time frame for their arrival. The crew (Matt and Jake) arrived in the stated time frame. After they looked at everything they confirmed that some work was needed but not as much as a previous company had quoted. High Rise gave a quote within the day with no pressure sales attached! I valued the lack of pressure sales. We decided to get the work done and scheduling was not super far out. Again, Molly gave a call for arrival times and was able to adjust as I needed. The day of, the crew (Jake, Bo, etc) arrived early and started work on the outside, then came inside for the rest of the work. I was home during this time and was impressed with how they worked well together. How their tone and words were encouraging. The chimney work was a bit of a challenge. The crew worked to solve each issue that presented itself with professionalism. I did not hear them get frustrated at all! In the end they triumphed over the chimney with wonderful results. There was a little concern that the cap may not fit correctly on the pipe. The crew did make it work. They were able to stay within the quoted price. I truly recommend High Rise Chimney for any work you would need for your chimney!

High rise chimney was able to get the job done that a previous company couldn't. I needed the clay tiles removed so an 11inch liner would fit down the chimney. The other company couldn't remove the tiles and said I would need to use a 6 inch liner and go to a wood burning insert. I called High Rise chimney for a second opinion and they said no problem and got the job done. Very professional and friendly. Great job guys!

Long story short, I had an emergency and these guys were there within hours! Very knowledgeable, very nice and I would highly recommend them! Molly, who answered the phone when I called was very helpful and friendly as well!
Unfortunately they were unable to fix my problem as it a was much bigger problem than just the chimney issue and they didn’t even charge me for the visit! These guys are going in my phonebook! Thank you!!

We were so incredibly happy with High Rise Chimney!!! They are just good/ honest people all the way around. We had so many companies come out and take a look at our fireplace and all said it wouldn't be easy or cheap to work on and some said it would have to be torn down and rebuilt. Matt and his crew were able to do the work at a price we could actually live with and keep our fireplace beautiful. It was evident these guys are extremely knowledgeable in their trade. I just had two, direct vent, fireplaces installed. High Rise was the only company that offered a solution to replacing the wood burning fireplaces built with our home without destroying the brickwork or the chimney. Matthew and Jacob worked diligently and tried as best as they could to keep the proposed schedule. Price was fair and the quality of the job and people working was excellent.

Matt and Jake came out themselves, and they're awesome. They took their shoes off at the door (!!) and even cleaned the glass on the fireplace with Windex before they left. Oh, and they fixed the fireplace! :) Five Star - definitely recommend!!!

Highly recommend this business. I had called High Rise to book a cleaning for my fireplace. I had explained to them that I had not used the fireplace in many years and when Matt came over and looked over the fireplace he was very honest and told me that I didn't need a sweep done at this time. When I explained the other issue that I had with a squirrel trying to make a home in the chimney/or drop off place for his nesting materials Matt took care of that issue today. He cleaned out all the debris and put up a guard all around the area that the squirrel was making himself welcome. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

Matt and Jake just installed an electric fireplace in our home and did such an awesome job. They had to do some carpentry work to get it to fit and did a beautiful job. They do very meticulous work.
