My wife and I just had 2 different roofs done and to say we were completely happy is an understatement! From the initial meeting, communication during the process all the way through the final installation was fantastic! The transformation from our old roof to the new on the second was amazing! Our primary house developed a leak and they were out ASAP to patch the leak temporarily until we could do the entire roof! The Assurance crew were here promptly at 7AM as promised and were in their vehicles leaving by 1:30 PM. I'm amazed at the quality of workmanship and the speed at which these guys worked! The Assurance team just finished a roof and gutters replacement project at my residence. From start to finish the entire team was fantastic and the project went smooth and was completed quickly. I didn't realize Assurance did metal trim work as well. I had a significant issue with my existing trim around the garage door, which I added and they took care of during the same visit. The craftsmanship of the roof and custom gutters is top quality and the customer service is second to none.

We just had our roof and gutters replaced and had a great experience! When we reached out initially to get quotes from a handful of companies, Assurance responded right away and gave us the quote the same day they came to look at it. Every one we came into contact with through Assurance was friendly and professional. They got the job done in one day and it looks great! They also did a great job cleaning up. I have young children and dogs so I went to check for nails after they left and hardly found any. We would highly recommend them!

Buckle up this is a long one but I could not be happier with the work they did on our home. If you want a small town, local, family feel type of company to work on your home, this is it. When I called for a quote I think the phone rang once before it was picked up. I hadn’t even rehearsed what to say yet LOL. The quote was provided super fast. We got all new roof, soffit, fascia, gutters, and gutter guard, and the garage door trim and weather stripping. I was surprised by price that I canceled my second company that was coming to quote me. I got on the schedule fast, I didn’t think it was happening until spring. The gentlemen that showed up were very respectful of property. They were consistent when they showed up and left each day. The weather was NOT kind to them. It started off with snow, that melted into mud, then got rained on. Regardless of the weather, everything was CLEAN. No mud trails or messes to clean up after them. When they were done with the job it looked like they never had came. They even put my gate back up on the deck, they left the place exactly how they arrived. Because of the rain, they also noticed this small section that dumped water right onto our driveway that causes a pool of water and icey situation. They told us, then added a gutter there as well. This shows genuine care for the purpose of their job. Not just getting it done, but making sure the customer is getting what they need on their home. Their work is so good that we need new garage doors now to match how clean their work is. The garage doors looks so trashy with their nice work. I will always recommend this company from here forward.

From estimate to final payment and everything in between, we had an exceptional experience working with Assurance Roofing in August 2024. Ben listened carefully to what we needed and provided a thorough estimate on the spot that was lower than all our other options while also providing a better final product and installation. The crews were great, very conscientious and hard working. They arrived on time and worked until the job was done without impacting our daily routine at all. Getting your house reroofed is a big investment. It would have been a lot harder writing that check if Ben (the owner) wasn't so good at what he does. His contract was detailed, no hidden fees. His guys and shinny equipment all showed up when they said it would. The job was completed and cleaned in two days. Just as promised.
Tito the (the manager) came back to our house a week later for a final check up and any questions we may have. I am looking forward to having them back to install our gutters once our facia and soffits are completed.

We had a very complex project with metal and shingles and skylights over a one year phased project. Good pricing and their install people are excellent. The house, the barn, the indoor pool, and various architectural touches.

The Assurance crew was fantastic and the roof looks terrific. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair or replacement. The price was 15% to 20% less the the other three quotes I received. I got a great value.

They did a wonderful job. Made sure flowers were protected, cleaned up everything afterwards and left without even knowing they were there!

Very impressed with the team that worked on our roof. There were no corners cut. With bad weather expected overnight, they could have tarped it and come back when the weather was good. Instead the completed the roofing and had it weather tight. They even took the time to clean up in the dark. Their attention to detain was top notch including clean up which they did every day.

Assurance Roofing did a great job! Start date and time was on point. The crew was there early, covered up plants and bushes around the house, set up and got started early. Tore off old shigles, replaced, worked all day, cleaned up and packed up by 6:30. The roof was done. The next day the gutters and downspouts were done with some gutter guard. The garage door was scrapped up by some shingles. Assurance hired a painter and the issue was quickly resolved

Great job! Owner, Ben, is very knowledgeable and personable. He explains the needs of the job and presents Assurance's solution and the cost. His crew arrives on the agreed upon date, and they efficiently complete the job as per the contract in a single day. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the incredible clean up job - two layers of shingles removed and not a SHRED left behind. Needless to say, we were very satisfied.

We all know it can be hard to get in touch with a contractor, let alone have them show up in a reasonable timeframe. I called for Assurance Roofing to install a new roof vent for a bathroom fan. They were here within a week, on time and offering a very reasonable price. The techs were very polite and professional. I will hire them for my next roofing job and highly recommend.

Knowing nothing about roofs other than they are needed, I felt it was time to replace the current one. I contacted Assurance and within a couple days Ben and Tito came to my house with all the information I needed to make a decision. Both gentlemen were cordial and well-informed ready to explain the procedures to be done in replacing, answering all question I had previously prepared. Their bid was accepted. Assurance Roofing did our roof on 12/11/23. It required a complete tear off prior to new shingles. They did a fantastic job and completed the whole thing in one day! Assurance took care of all clean up, leaving our property spotless. They have a hard working crew. We would highly recommend them to anyone. When a tree fell on my house Angela Briscoe, owner, was exceptional. She and her team came out right away and tarped my roof to prevent further damage. Then she worked with my insurance company to get a new roof. She responds promptly and extremely professional.

We purchased our ur home in 1985. Within 2 years the roof was leaking. Every summer for 8 years my husband was on the roof hoping to fix the problem. Fast forward 2 different builders and thousands of dollars later the roof damage is now so bad an inside wall is failing. Eleven buckets are catching leaks. My husband passed away. Assurance Roofing did an excellent job roofing my house this summer. Ben Buser came to my house when he said he would be there, gave me a reasonable estimate and answered all my questions. I met with 3 roofing companies and Assurance was the most professional. They had a list of homes they had roofed in my area and the color shingles used. It allowed me to see what it looked like and I did change my mind on color choice after viewing it on a home. Several friends had used Assurance in the past and gave them high marks. They arrived on time, cleaned up and I am very happy with my new roof. I would highly recommend Assurance Roofing.

Not impressed with how they take care of the work sight. Garbage from them blowing throughout the neighborhood as they sit on break. I need a roof and simply because of this I will not be having them look at my property. I don’t feel my neighbors should have to pick up their mess.

After getting a few quotes for our new roof I was fairly certain with which company we were going to go with. Then a neighbor got their roof done by Assurance and recommended them, so I figured I would give them a call and get one more quote. They came out a couple days later and got the quote to me right away. They were also easy to work with; including timely responses to questions I had. Getting a new roof is a big investment in your home, but we felt confident in Assurance. They came out the next week and completed the job the same day. Our roof looks great! We are especially impressed with the work they did on our sunroom roof and fascia; it was in a bad shape before and their skilled work really transformed the look of it. We would highly recommend them for your roofing project.

Had a new roof put on in June. The crew did an outstanding job. Everything was cleaned up and the only way i could tell anyone was there was the perfectly finished roof and gutters.

The entire process, from the quote with Ben, to Tito who followed up with paperwork, to Home the supervisor on the job, was very professional and customer centric. Ben indicated it would take 2-3 days, which it did. The crew, led by Homer, showed up as planned at 7:30 AM each day. They worked on the roof until darkness, then using lights on their equipment performed cleanup on the ground, working to 8:00 PM or so each day. The crew of 10 were extremely hard working. They tore off wood shakes and replaced with dimensional asphalt shingles, doing a stellar job protecting the siding and landscape. Expect a mess as they work each day - it's like a hurricane hit. I honestly didn't think they'd be able to clean up and restore the outside to the condition it was prior to arriving, but they proved me wrong and did so. On the morning of the last day, I walked around the outside of the house and the flashing stood out like a sore thumb. Homer came over and when I mentioned I didn't think it looked good, his response was, "we can change it - we want you to be happy with it". We proceeded to look thru different flashing he had and he pointed out what they typically use with our shingle color. We agreed on it, he had someone go get the new flashing, and they replaced it all without sacrificing the timeline. Assurance exceeded my expectations - the roof looks great.

The guys over at Assurance Roofing did a great job reshingling my roof. They tore everything off, replaced a lot of cracked boards, opened up clogged soffits, installed a ridge vent, and also built up a rubber area where my roof was too flat to prevent leaking.
Everything was done in a day and the crew was very professional, honest, and polite. They were recommended to me, and I would recommend them.

We were in a bind with gutter issues. We had landscapers and a brand new cement sidewalk that was going to be put in within a week and our gutter was leaking. We called after being referred by a neighbor, Ben came out to assess the issue and we had more than we anticipated. He was able to get the problem solved that was the most important first, so we were fine while the work was being done by the landscapers. They returned to finish the small stuff up so quickly. It’s a beautiful job. They were a great team.

We had beverages and lunch made for them. And they were Very appreciative.. everyone was part of a team all worked together perfectly. We had other referrals/offers but the owner was super kind very professional came out looked at roof measured and had a quote before they left. We also needed chimney work done and referred us to eagle chimney and fireplace. They worked together with assurance roofing so there was no issues with leakage . I was exceptionally pleased with the gazebo re-roof and house roof repair. Both young men were knowledgeable, meticulous and pleasant while working and upon completion.

I highly recommend Assurance from start to finish. Responded promptly requesting a quote. Ben came to my house the next day and sent me a quote that night. Called him and he answered all of my questions. Able to start within a few weeks even though it was the end of the season. Came with a large crew so was able to do my house and garage the same day. The crew worked even when dark out with adequate lighting. There was multiple repairs that needed to be addressed and they repaired them also that day. Clean up was immaculate and covered or moved patio furniture and flower beds. I don’t think I could have asked for a better job.

Assurance installed a roof with new venting, reinforcing around the chimney, rebuilt the cupola, installed gutter guards and removed an old attic fan in the time it took to do the roof—three days. I was very pleased with their timely response and good communication. The guys are good guys-especially Ben and his foreman. Update August 2023. Ben has come back and reviewed the gutter guards and replaced some that were not doing the job. Kudos to Ben and his commitment to quality and doing the job right.

Assurance was fantastic to work with! We submitted a request for a quote and had a call very quickly. The actual owner came out, did a walk thru, and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He gave us direct answers to our questions and was able to provide every service we needed (full tear-off, replacement with good quality shingles, new ridge vent, replaced our poorly installed sofits, removed an old stovepipe, installed an exhaust fan vent, gutters, gutter guards and more). Every other company we had out for a quote sent a sales guy that couldn't answer questions, put on big demos, quoted really really high and in general wasted hours of our time). Assurance gave us a good quote fast, and even encouraged us to shop around, but the professionalism and being able to answer questions had us sold. When the day came to do the roof, they did a full tear-off, completed every single thing they said they would do, and left the yard spotless.. and they were done the same day! Our roof and gutters look great! We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for roof/gutter work!

He arrived on time. Got out of his truck and introduced himself and and asked if he was here to look at the roof. I thought he was kidding and I said if he wasn’t here for the roof there must be a mistake. He said that he always starts his conversation with “am I here to look at your roof and we walk around the house “. He then said “I’m going to pass on this one, I can’t deal with this “. He got back in his truck and drove off leaving me in awe. I think he did me a favor. I would not be able to work with someone with that type of personality.

He was supposed to come do work on my house. I took off work to be here when he said he would be here. He never showed up and never responded to 3 calls and voicemails! Not even a simple call or text to tell me he forgot or decided not to take the job. I will never call them again. Very unreliable and very irresponsible. He should have to pay me for missing work. Don’t waste your time, he doesn’t value it.
