We have been working with SEAD for over a decade on numerous projects- big and small. The level of knowledge, care and communication is very high. Admittedly, they do get busy at different times of the year- but its always worth the wait.

In early 2020, after months of making no progress with another firm on our goal of designing our residential build in Steamboat Springs, we were to the point of setting the project aside completely when we were referred to SEAD. Caryn and Jake Mielke took the time to listening to our goals, review our preliminary design ideas and put together a fair and reasonable bid for our business. We made the decision to move forward with SEAD and they exceeded our expectations in every regard. Working with Caryn, Jake and Ryan Malone we not only were able to design a house that met all of our ideas and goals, they went the extra mile to assist us in working with the city and other parties during our due diligence on our lot purchase, introduced us to a number of professionals in the residential construction industry in Steamboat, and navigated the permitting process that allowed us to begin our build quickly. We credit SEAD with ultimately enabling us to build our new home on time and on budget. The SEAD team continues to be responsive anytime we reach out for follow up questions or advice.
