I've been very happy working with Alex at Mountain Handyman. He and the company have been very responsive and communicative all along the way. He has done toilet repair, evaluated and repaired a roof leak, evaluated a broken window frame and done extensive repair of water-damaged drywall.
The company does a good job of scheduling and then sending confirmatory texts with upcoming dates of service and also a reminder text a couple of days ahead of time in case one needs to reschedule. Alex was communicative by phone during the jobs and also sent text photos of what he was seeing when evaluating some of the issues. I feel the quality of his work is top-notch and would recommend him highly. Also, if there is a job that needs more technical fix by a more specialized business, he lets you know rather than trying to do something he may not be experienced at which I appreciate.
Finally, I feel that the prices I was charged were fair and reasonable.
I've had some recent negative experiences with other repair folks who never showed up to do the work and/or just don't communicate with customers so this was a breath of fresh air.

Alex did a GREAT job w/general repairs: floor repair, tree trimming and hauling away the branches, repair of ceiling, outside door, outside hand rail, shut off valves under sinks. Very professional, easy to work with and So nice to have someone not only answer your call but being prompt to help! I will Definitely use Alex's services again and highly recommend him.

Alex installed a pre hung door. First thing is they showed up when they said they would, something you don't see a lot of these days in the Boat!! Professional, paid attention to detail, on time. I had 5 vents high on the West side of my house which were sun rotted having been exposed to our strong western sun for over 20 years. Alex King came to replace those vents a week or so ago. The new vent covers I provided him with did not fit. He did some great problem-solving and was able to adjust my replacement vent covers so that he could just install them them directly into the siding. They look and work wonderfully! I am thrilled to have that project checked off my list.

I saw Alex’s post yesterday for handyman services and reached out to him to wall mount a 77 inch tv. Alex responded quickly and offered to come out to Stagecoach today. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. The tv looks great and we are super happy with his services.
