Re Roofed our office building in North Dallas. All the rain this year made scheduling logistics a challenge and Starwood was on top of everything. Very professional and organized. Great communication on what to expect and kept us updated throughout the process. Our final price was exactly what they quoted us, and those of us that have had construction work done know this is rare. We are thankful Starwood Roofing was referred to us and we recommend them to you. Cheers!

Outstanding Company. We had door knocker roofers tell us we had roof damage so we call Starwood Roofing for their opinion and Starwood informed us there was no roof damage. They were the only roofer that actually got up on my roof to do a full inspection. Very professional and I appreciate their honesty.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations. After our building was damaged earlier this year from the hail storm we contacted Starwood Roofing. They had someone out to inspect the building the very next day. The hail damage to our roof was covered by our insurance. Starwood Roofing informed us that it could take a little while to get it done because of the number of roofs they have to put on and they do them in the order received, I appreciated the candid approach. Fast forward a few months and we have an amazing new roof on our facility. Five Star Service.

Starwood Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof. They were on time, respectful of my neighbors when bringing in heavy equipment to haul off the old roof and deliver supplies for the new roof. Clean up was done on a daily basis and the owner of the company made several visits during the process to inspect his crew and their work. There were no delays and no additional costs with Starwood and I received proof of insurance and a lien waiver without having to ask.

Starwood did a great job on my roof after a large hail storm. They were able to meet with the insurance adjuster and made sure I was getting the proper amount from them to cover everything I needed. Zack, with Starwood, was on the site every day and made sure I was in the loop on everything. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement!

I didn't have to worry about dealing with my insurance agency any more than necessary and the installation from start to finish was quick, clean, and professional. I am late in posting my review; however, I would definitely recommend these professionals. From beginning to end, I did not have to go back and forth with my insurance company. They handled it all. I am satisfied with my new roof and have the comfort in knowing that they guarantee their work. Mike Wright was very informative and no matter how many times I bugged him, he returned my calls and assured my fears. A christian man who gained my business within an hour of our initial conversation!

The guys made the process simple and pain free. From beginning to end they were professional and very courteous. They did a great job cleaning up the property after the job was complete.
