Nick was incredible! Another air conditioning company I had been using completely ignored my situation and took advantage of my situation rather than trying to help me out. After telling me that they had to order the part and that it would take 4 days , I contacted Starrett who sent out Nick who had me up and running in less than three hours. I had been without cooling for over 5 days with interior temperatures in the mid 80s to low 90's. Being 75 years old with health issues left me feeling like I may be hospitalized. Now I am comfortable and looking forward to my first good nights sleep in nearly a week. Needless to say I will be a loyal customer of Starrett from now on.

Nick could not have been nicer or more helpful. He checked out the air conditioner and put a new filter in. Great service!

They keep you informed about arrival times; they do their work; they clean up their mess; they fully explain what's wrong with your equipment; they give you options; they do not try to upsell; AND everyone from Starrets is not only professional but they are NICE. Juan came to my home on both Friday and Saturday, despite having graduations and family events to attend, to repair my aging AC unit. The system required a new circuit board, condenser capacitor, and condenser fan motor. He dedicated a significant amount of time methodically troubleshooting and resolving each issue. His willingness to work through the weekend, when many others likely would have declined, is something I truly appreciate. Juan provided excellent customer service, communicated clearly, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend this company, and Juan in particular. I especially appreciate Juan’s professionalism and integrity, having brought in a second opinion to ensure that replacing the parts was the right decision. I was very pleased with communication before and after the inspection of my furnaces and air conditioners, and for the briefing by the technician about what he found and accomplished.

They sent the tech who was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get the installation completed int a timely manner. All of the people that helped with the installation were very professional and I was very impressed with their work.
