Great experience all around. Communication was great before and during the install. Our lack of roof maintenance and several wind/storms over the past year led us to need a new roof installation. No more water leaks for our home. They were able to begin right away and were done within a couple of days, very pleased with the entire process.

Man where can I start! A couple of months ago I called Star City gave me a great quote unfortunately me and my husband didn’t have the funds. I called literally today and within a couple HOURS Star City got my roof fixed and maintenance done . I can’t thank you enough for keeping the original price and getting it done before the El Paso rain comes again. I definitely will recommend this company.! Thank you again!

Alan & his team did an excellent job on our roof from start to finish out in Horizon. He saw many repairs that needed to be done that other roofers didn’t mention and did an awesome job getting those repairs done without a doubt. They re-decked our whole roof, they put A grade materials and made sure we were aware of everything getting done. They also made sure everything was cleaned at the end of the day like if nothing happened. I highly recommend him & his team to anyone without a doubt.

Wanted to give a shoutout to Alan and his team at Star City Roofing. During a recent rain my roof had developed a water leak which had stained the ceiling inside. I contacted Star City Roofing to see if they would check my roof. Without hesitation Alan sent someone to inspect my roof-even though his company hadn’t installed the roofing originally. It was recommended that all openings on the roof be resealed. Not long after the work was done there was a heavy downpour, NO LEAKS! Alan made it a point to follow up on the condition of my roof. Damage to the roof caused by the recent storms coupled with the lack of maintenance from the previous owner caused leaks in 3 rooms. I contacted several companies based on recommendations I received and was only able to get quotes from a few. It became difficult when I didn’t receive answers to follow-up questions from the companies that did provide a quote. Starcity Roofing not only provided a quote promptly but also advised they could begin working as soon as the weather cleared. I received a call to confirm the start date the night before their arrival and the team showed up bright and early the next day. The work was completed within a total of 2 days. It was a total roof replacement so I appreciated how quickly they got the job done. The team was extremely professional, respectful and addressed all of my concerns. This was the second time I had Star city roofing out to my house to repair something someone else had done. They answered the phone the same day and both times the work was done within a few days. 8 cannot say enough about Alan and his crew who are professional, responsible and take pride in their work and ability to communicate.

5 Stars. Star City Roofing was able to help me out with a project in such short notice today on Fathers Day. I had cleaned and sealed off multiple solar panels but had 2 sections which were a bit out of my reach. The technician Juan was able to seal 2 sides of a solar panel that was up 2 stories and off the ledge. They showed up and provided service at a great price. I appreciate them and will not hesitate to use there service when more opportunities come available. Thank you all.

Had wind damage to my roof cap. It was poorly installed so I called Star City and asked if they could replace it. They gave me a nice price and completed the entire job the next day. And they did beautiful work. I highly recommend them.

Star City replaced our roof in April 2023. They did a fantastic job, helping us choose a material that matched the current exterior and reinforcing places in our stucco that had damage. When we were ready to repaint our house we happily called Star City to quote the work. Not only were they the most competitive quote, but they also used materials that have made our house look brand new. Our stucco is now repaired, all of our trim was painted by hand, and our house looks amazing. We will gladly ask Star City to do more work on our home.

Had an issue which I thought could be the roof , these guys came out and took care of an Air conditioner hose leak never charged didn’t on their own to help me out. Had these guys out in a roof a couple years back and couldn’t be more pleased with their work, professionalism, punctuality and honesty.
