I hired them to install a new roof 7 years ago. since that time I’ve needed them to come back 3 times for repairs. For the first two repair jobs: I had to call many times before he finally sent someone to do the work and during that saga he would promise to come out but fail to do so over and over.

We are now having water coming into our house in multiple places. The roof is 7 years old. We had a different company evaluate the problem. This other company explained that our roof was very poorly installed. We are seeing failure points where water can come in all over because their workmanship is of such low quality and they installed things incorrectly.

In addition to not knowing how to install correctly, this is a company that has shown me little to no integrity. They signed a contract backing their work but as soon as they got their money, the contract has meant nothing to them.

I urge anyone considering a new roof to avoid hiring this organization. Giving them a 1 start review seems far too generous, but there is no option for 0.

Quoted a fair and competitive price. Completed the job on time and at the quoted price, there were no surprises.
The crew cleaned up all debris at the completion of the job.
Roof looks great and we have received a number of compliments

Very professional residential builder. Built our house and they give the standard builder's warranty. Had them come back out 11 months later and replaced vent flaps that had fallen off, secure some soffits, and add a vent. They were extremely professional and courteous. I could not be more pleased with our house.

I didn't get to deal with the crew until now, and wow they were very nice.

Still responds to messages years after our home was built, to answer simple questions. And those answers show that no corners are cut in building. They build to set you up for adding things like ceiling fans.
