Thank you to everyone who worked on my beautiful new kitchen. It included tearing down an old porch from the 1940's and keeping the character of my 1881 home. I had a vision and they took it to the next level... thank you to Stephanie, David, Jeremy, Arnie, the drywallers, the electricians and the plumbers. The subcontractors were all top notch, I didn't have a worry. We worked through difficulties and to my satisfaction, it turned out beyond amazing. David was on top of the schedule every day with excellent communication (I was fully aware) and Jeremy's attention to details was beyond my expectations. All in all, I could not be happier. Everyone worked with me on my additional request to incorporate antique cabinetry and my own lighting. Exactly what I was looking for in a company, someone to work with me and allow me to express my design uniqueness. Thank you, Jen Sevcik

We had our master bathroom remodeled by Paradise Builders, and we couldn't be happier with the results! They were very easy to work with. Scott and Luke were especially helpful a full month after the project was completed when a totally unrelated issue had us scrambling. They sprang into action and sent one of their trusted plumbers to resolve the situation quickly. They aim to make the customer happy.

Another fine job by Paradise Builders. Two years ago, they tore down our old deck and built a new composite deck. We decided to have them back to convert our existing garage into a living space and took down the wall to our kitchen to make it more open concept between the two rooms. We added a fireplace, built in cabinets and floating shelves. The addition added 450 square feet to our living space. A new larger attached garage was built it turned out awesome. We added new siding to the whole house, and it looks great. Want to thank Mel, David, Jeremy, Arne, Devin, Morgan, Joseph, Garret, Zach and JP. Bathroom remodel, very impressed, whole process start to finish was well organized, timeline given was exact, no corners were cut, everything done to code, solid work and professionalism. Thanks everyone (Steph, Brett, Zach, Jeff, Joe, Harold).

My new garage build was not a standard build (Part retaining wall) but the Subcontractors and crew of Devin, Joe Arne, Zach and Dave did a great job. I would recommend them for your next project.

Zach and Joe, project manager Luke did a great job with the carpentry and taking out our old flooring, sink, and kitchen cabinets. They Showed up on time, worked hard, friendly and When he project demo was completed, the room was organized, cleaned and safe.

While shopping several remodeling companies for a complete basement finishing project from scratch, we found Paradise Builders of Waukesha. My husband and I were introduced to Kevin Anundson, one of their Sales/Design Consultants with whom we generated a rapport when he visited our home. His extensive knowledge, enthusiasm, and comprehensive answers to our questions immediately distinguished Paradise Builders from all others as the right match for us.

Kevin and his brilliant design partner Stephanie were the creative team that turned our vision and ideas into a workable reality within our budget. They went above and beyond our expectations to ensure a positive experience throughout the entire 6-month project which doubled our living space.

What an incredible experience working with Paradise Builders! We did a full renovation of our kitchen, bathrooms, flooring with new doors and windows throughout the house. Everything was handled so well. The Paradise team went above and beyond in every aspect. Scott (General Manager) and Brett (Project Manager) were both unbelievably responsive at all times and provided full transparency from start to finish and ensured the job met and exceeded all expectations. Just started a kitchen remodel with Paradise Builders. The kitchen designer was sooo helpful. Our project Manager Brett has been very responsive. The demo/carpentry crew(Arne, Zach, and Devin) cleaned up after the demolition and tried to keep the dust out of the rest of the house. We have been completely on schedule. I can't wait to see how it all turns out. (I'll review at the end too.)

It was really fun working with this team, and the outcome was exactly as promised.

Contracted with Paradise Builders to replace the decking on two decks. On one deck, the joists and most of the decking had rotted. The construction crew, Arne, Joe and Zach noted that three railing corner posts were not secured to the deck structure and resolved that issue. The construction crew was professional and polite while working on the project and kept the site clean at days end. I now have two sound decks again.

Gail and I want to say how much we were really impressed with the quality of the work that Paradise Builders and the subcontractors provided for our kitchen remodel. From the beginning of the project. When we met with Stephanie Komassa (you're the best), she listened to what we envisioned for our new kitchen. She was able to come up with a design that captured all of what we were looking for. We want to say thanks to Brett Muenster (project manager) for keeping the project on schedule, finishing on time and responding to all our questions in timely manner. We want to say thanks to all the Paradise employees, Devin, Jeff, Matt, Jeremy, Harold and Elizabeth (both did a great job installing the cabinets and trim work). Also thanks to Larry (the electrician), the guys from Suburban Drywall, the team from Drexel who helped picking out the colors and styles for the cabinets, flooring and the installation. Thanks to Greenfield plumbing, David Anthony's Heating and Cooling for connecting the range hood venting, and KD Stevens for installing the counter tops. They look fantastic.

We added a 2 car garage to our home and I can't say enough how we'll everything went. Jeremy, Zack and Tyler were excellent carpenters. Dave the project manager kept everything running smoothly. I can honestly say Paradise Builders is a 5 star company. Just also wanted to mention Mel Armstrong did a wonderful job planning all the details and all the subcontractors the company used were excellent.

Jim and I were very impressed with the attentiveness to detail that was exhibited by Paradise. Our contacts, Scott, Mike S. and Dan were outstanding in their promptness to communicate our concerns to the appropriate division. We needed to get two bathrooms remodeled before our baby came and only had 4 months to get it done. Paradise said they could meet the timeline, and if baby hadn't come 3 weeks early they would have! We had a wonderful experience with Paradise and are very happy with our new bathrooms.

The project stayed on schedule and the interaction experience from every person that crossed our threshold to work on this project was professional, informative and friendly.

I had two decks that needed to be remodeled/rebuilt. Very professional. Excellent work. The decks looks impressive. Morgan and Jeremy were two of the carpenters that worked on the project though there were at least four working. The site was always kept very clean and neat. They were very respectful and polite. I especially enjoyed working with Kurt. He answered all my questions and responded to all my emails immediately. I see myself Hiring this company again to do work on my home. Thank you.

So…after literally decades of neglect.. Our once beautiful deck more closely resembled ‘ Paradise Lost’ than anything else…It was pretty much a disaster..But fortunately, for us, we stumbled across Paradise Builders.. Patrick had invited my beautiful bride to stop by their office to look at various deck materials… While she was there, he introduced her to the extremely personable, owner Keith… It truly felt like a family run business… I thought that maybe we’d just been adopted. :)
From Dave ( the project Manager) to Morgan ( expert Demo specialist) to Devin and Jeremy and Zach ( construction wizards) each person we encountered was competent, professional and just plain fun.. I’m kind of grumpy, so I don’t leave 5 star reviews very often.. but these dear people earned it.
Thanks Guys! .. Our New Deck is Beautiful!

Paradise Builders completely rebuilt our rotting deck, expertly identified substructure that needed to be replaced, and helped me to find an acceptable and beautiful rustic railing that would match the front of the house. I was a bit nervous about the project because the old railing was subject to rot in the way it was installed. Dave was able to provide guidance with a creative solution that I really love. Jeremy noticed a sagging problem in the front second level and fixed it, which I appreciated so much because it was not part of the original project. All of the team members, including Devin, Jeremy, Zach and Morgan completed the job, very efficiently, respectfully, and with excellence. Thank you! It is lovely to have a sound and beautiful deck again!

Paradise Builders was chosen to completely gut and remodel our (2) late 1950’s bathrooms including waste lines and adjacent laundry room floor. The processes of materials selection and demo through finishing was well managed and done efficiently. Overall the team, including subcontractors, was great. This included, plumbers, electricians, drywall, tile, and flooring people as well as Paradise staff including Arne, Morgan, Harold, Elizabeth, Matt, Zack, Mike and Devin. It certainly was a learning experience and though not inexpensive, was the end, well worth the investment. Paradise paid very good attention to the ‘details’ and the outcome represents this. We always knew what was next on the schedule and who was doing what.

Paradise Builders did a wonderful job on our bathroom remodel! They made the entire process easy. Just did a massive kitchen/main living space remodel that included taking down walls and putting up beams. Steph, Brett, and Team were great to work with from beginning to end. Even bumps in the road were smoothed out quickly and communication through solutions was effective. Special shout out to the demolition crew from Paradise - I never know demo could be so clean. And another special shout out to Elizabeth and the other Paradise carpenters - you do awesome work and would highly recommend this company/group to anyone and will absolutely consider them for future work.

From start to end our deck project went great. Starting with our salesman, Patrick and our project manager, Dave, they were very accessible and accurate on what we wanted for our dream deck. The crew, Jeremy, Zac, JP, Devin, Annie and Matt are true professionals and craftsmen. The project was finished in a very timely manner and we couldn't be happier with our new deck.

Paradise just finished up our dream kitchen remodel. Mari and I could not be more satisfied with the results. Kevin, our design expert was awesome in navigating us through the design work. Brett kept the project on schedule. All the craftsmen and subs that were in and out of the house were very professional and skilled. We simply could not have asked for more. We are excited to start showing it off to friends and family and will be recommending Paradise to all of them.

Off top I wanna give a shoutout to all my homies at Paradise Builders in order of meeting them. Scott (the A1 from day 1), Brett (ain't sick of my jokes yet), Morgan (he workin on my floor again), and Jeff (the last one left).
All of the interactions with them and MOST of the contractors has been awesome. Hiccups are to be expected, they came through and fixed every single thing that went awry. The tiler, LC Electric, Suburban drywall, Spring City Electric, all did great work. The hardwood flooring company, amazing. Countertops so fancy I don't let people touch them without gloves. I had two bathrooms and a kitchen done with them and I would work with them in the future. They bought us flowers and paid us a visit when our dog passed away. Just a great team. 10/10 would recommend.

I cannot THANK YOU enough for the fabulous job you did on our employee bathrooms. From beginning to end everyone was at the top of their game. Paradise Builders is about to finish a huge remodeling job in our home joining 2 rooms to create a very spacious kitchen, redoing a bath & creating a 2nd full bath & laundry area upstairs. There were issues unearthed as there will always be in a remodel but the staff was very innovative in coming-up with good solutions while keeping the home's look cohesive. The project manager of Mike and his crew of Zach, Devin, Harold , Matt, Jeff Morgan, Arne, Elizabeth & JP were all very friendly & conscientious. In particular, Elizabeth and Harold did an amazing job installing cabinets & Arne came up with great ways of doing some finishing work so the end result is just lovely. We are delighted with what they've done with our home.

Wrapping up what is essentially a whole house renovation on time and on budget. Thanks to our lead contact Mel and project manager Mike the project moved forward smoothly and we generally knew what was happening each day over a two plus month time-line with respect to both PB's workers and subs. We were easily able to resolve a few small hiccups along the way. (It was a big reno project and stuff literally appears only when you open up walls.)Special thanks for the expertise and excellent work and attitude of Arne, Devin, Elizabeth, Harold, Jeff, JP, Matt, Morgan, and Zach, as well as the various subs brought in. As I said, it was a big project, and lots of people worked together to create a beautiful result.

Paradise did a remodel in my kitchen turning a desk and small closet into a step in pantry. The project went smoothly, communication was great and Patrick was beyond helpful in helping me with the details and vision. Highly recommend.

Jeff and Devon from Paradise Builders repaired our deck today and did a fantastic job! We’re very happy with the outcome. Also want to thank Brett for leading the charge and getting this done thank you so much!

Patrick was with us all the way through design of our full kitchen remodel to the very end when the job was complete. We are over the moon with our new kitchen!!! Mike also helped us keep the entire project on schedule. Mike kept in close contact thru the build. Even Harold, one of the workers, was singing along when we were playing a song on our home grand piano. This was a delightful experience from start to finish.

We had Paradise replace a deck on our home recently and it has turned out superb. I'm actually hesitant to put stuff on it fearing the typical deck things will spoil both our new view and the deck aesthetics. Ours was not a huge project, but even small ones can risk from bad craftsmanship and lack of care. NOT SO HERE! This crew was so good that in addition to insuring everything in "square", they even patterned the screws evenly, both horizontally and vertically!
So the carpentry crew needs to be called out for their high standards:
Zach - the Devins - Jeremy - Morgan - and Arne .... none of who own a rubber ruler or a dull saw blade. All managed by David who knows about keeping it all painless for the customer.

Our experience with Paradise was excellent from start to finish! We worked with Patrick to initially plan and design our basement ideas, and prioritized keeping costs low. Patrick explained the entire process and timeline very clearly and didn't try to sell us extra things we didn't want to do. The project manager Mike kept in touch very often with updates and letting us know when staff would be onsite. The inspection processes with the city went smooth as well. We are very happy with the finished product and the time it took to complete!

Scott from Paradise was at the 2022 Fall Home Improvement Show in West Allis. I set up an appointment with him and we went to the showroom. We liked what we saw, signed a contract for a full kitchen remodel. We then started picking the many choices we had to make. Artie and Zack came and did the Demo on Feb 5,24. because the kitchen was being redesigned, they then came in after the Demo to measure for cabinets. Often this is done before the demo and the cabinets are ordered at that time. Paradise also had to order the special smart water heaters that we requested. During the wait time the project had many behind the scenes things being done. Some Electrical (Pieper Power) and Plumbing (Greenfield Plumbing) and Drywall (Surburban) had to be done. The contractors were all so polite. When everything finally arrived, the smart water heaters took extra time as they were out of stock and arrived here on May 13,24. They came and installed them promptly. Soon, Paradise sent Matt & Elizabeth with our cabinets, from Bliffert, to install them on May 22,24. It was so exciting to see the project finally coming together. Then the countertop supplier (JB Stevens) had to come for a final measuring. The flooring (Floortech)was installed on May 29,24. It was covered to protect it from other contractors working here. The fabulous countertops and sink were installed June 17,24. The backsplash (Floortech) was installed June 19 & 20,24. Brett, our project manager, came out with a piece of trim to see if they had a color match to use on the trim and water Heater door. It was perfect. The new appliances (Grand in Genesee Depot) arrived June 27,24. Paradise had Jeff come out to finish the trim and hang the water heater door He also did some adjustments to cabinet doors and drawers. Finally, the final plumbing was taken care of, and the cabinet lights were installed. The cabinet lights truly brought the whole project together. Matt came back and cleaned up, removing the plastic from the carpeting and leaving everything as if no one had ever been there. The ordinary kitchen became a model home new kitchen. Thanks Paradise. We love it more than you'll ever know.

Top notch crew from inception through completion. Bar none - David our project manager made sure the build went perfect dubbing it the "Garage Mahal" which I am absolutely in love with. Planning with the owner, Mel, and their Architect manifested an addition that is seamless even to the keenest eye. The crew was fantastic - efficient - and fun to be around! Devin,

were all smiles during their work, baking happiness right into the walls. Subcontracted choices by PB were similarly tip top. Ray, the mason, breathes stone like a dragon breathes fire. He treated the the build like a work of art, and it shows.

Every step of the process was on time. Brett was awesome and always got back to me quickly when I had questions. Jason is an outstanding tiler and was very flexible and reliable. The subcontractors all did quality work.

We met with multiple builders/remodelers for a major bathroom project and settled on Paradise Builders. We had no regrets, and are very happy with the results. Everyone we dealt with was a pleasure to deal with (Sales, Project Manager, Finance, Trades, etc.) I would definitely bring my next remodel project straight to them.

We just finished remodeling our kitchen and replacing our lower level flooring with Paradise Builders. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. Especially Brett our Project manager and Harold who was part of the construction crew. They were very responsive to our requests and took care of any issues that came up promptly. The project turned out great and we are very happy with the end result.

Scott was great to work with. Our home reno work was done as fast as it could be, considering the size of the whole project. Planning around the scheduling was the most challenging part, but not a big deal, that's to be expected. No complaints about any of the subcontractors or the paradise team of workers.

The team did a great job of communicating and keeping us informed every step of the way on our kitchen remodel project. They also did a great job of ensuring they kept the construction mess at a minimum and cleaned up each day before leaving which was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Bathroom remodeling. Paradise were easy to work with. The PM, Brett was quick to respond/resolve my concerns. The finished product is exactly what I was hoping for.

We recently had a kitchen remodel done by Paradise Builders, and would like to say that the experience was very pleasant and smooth from start to finish! Everyone involved, Paradise employees, and the sub-contractors that they used in the project did very good work and were courteous, and patient with us asking questions on the occasions that we met. They all treated our home like it was theirs by doing a great job while doing the work, and cleaning up after themselves.

Working with Paradise Builders was great. Our sales guy, Mel, took great care of understanding what we wanted and introduced us to our PM, Brett, well before the project started. Using BuilderTrend, we knew when contractors would be coming and work being done because it was in the schedule. I can’t say enough about Harold, who is a jack of all trades. Harold is a big asset to this team, working on any task thrown his way.

I contacted Paradise Builders for a potential project that was very small, having had several contractors decline considering it. From the initial discussion, we were made to feel that no job was too small and Patrick was out to our house within a couple days, followed by another visit with Jason, who specializes in the work we were considering. However, what was recommended was a way to improve our situation without spending unnecessary money and headache. The responsive and honest approach will be remembered if I have needs down the road, or for anyone asking for a recommendation.

I have worked with Paradise Builders on multiple projects and they are definitely one of the best remodeling companies around. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to spruce up their home!

Paradise Builders did a wonderful job on our bathroom remodel. Our project manager, Mike, guided us through the entire project and ensured all of our questions were answered timely and completely. We will use this company for any future remodeling.

We contracted Paradise Builders to finish our lower level and they were wonderful to work with. The design process was exciting and the 3-D modeling allowed us to virtually see our finished space before we ever started. Their entire team of in-house carpenters and subcontractors were extremely polite and professional and worked hard every moment they were in our home. They kept our home as clean as possible throughout the entire project and we could not have been more pleased with our project and more importantly, our decision to partner with Paradise Builders.

Paradise Builders did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bathroom and master bathroom. Walls and flooring were removed to create an open concept for the kitchen and dining/living rooms. Demolition went smoothly and was cleaned up by workers. Thank you to all the numerous workers for their hard and diligent work.

My shower conversion turned out beautifully! Thanks to Scott McLaughlin for listening to my ideas and getting everything started. Project Manager Mike Saelens did an excellent job of coordinating everything and communicating with me during the project. He promptly took care of a couple of "hiccups" that occurred, the kind of things that could happen in any project like this. I knew I could rely on him to answer any questions I had. Shout-outs also go to Arnie, who carefully did the prep work and demolition, and Devin, who installed all the finishing hardware. Both were skilled and efficient in their work, with professional, yet approachable attitudes.

Two years ago I a review (see below) after Paradise Builders did some work in our home. One of the projects involved the installation of some LED can lights in our kitchen. A couple of weeks ago one of the lights began to flicker when they were turned on. I contacted Paradise to see if they could have their electrician to come out and see what was causing the problem. They promptly complied and had the electrician stop by. He swapped the light out for another unit, but after a couple of days the flicker returned. Again, I reached out to Paradise and they had the electrician stop out again (on a Saturday morning!) and this time replaced the transformer/control box for the light. I am happy to report my kitchen lights are now "flicker-free".

What makes this episode somewhat remarkable, is the fact that this follow up happened two years after the initial work was completed. In a world where customer service has become nearly an oxy-moron, Paradise Builders truly does stand behind their work and will go the extra mile to insure their customers satisfaction.

In my initial review I complimented Paradise Builders on their quality of work, communication and their professionalism. To that let me add my commendation for their commitment to insuring customer satisfaction.

INITIAL REVIEW
Paradise Builders installed an island hood vent over a gas stove and added several can lights in the kitchen. They also painted the kitchen ceiling. In addition they repaired drywall in 2 bathrooms (from removing old mirrors that were glued to the wall).

I was extremely pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism of the workers and the excellent communication from everyone involved with the project.

If you are looking for a company for a remodeling project, I would recommend calling Paradise Builders. You will not be disappointed!

This is the second time we have had Paradise Builders do work for us. The window installation crew of Devin, Zach, Arnie, Jeremy and JP were professional, respectful and did a great job installing as well as clean up. Would recommend Paradise Builders.

EDIT: Another successful project completed at our home. When it came time to replace our deck, we knew who to ask. Mel came out and gave us several options to discuss, and we ended up doing a four-season room addition, new deck and cement patio project. David kept us updated as we were delayed due to weather and a city survey...but once the project started, everything went quickly. Our carpenter team of Zach, Jeremy, Joe, Devin, Arne, Morgan, Matt, and JP were fantastic: minimal disruptions to our daily routine. All additional workers were amazing...painters, flooring installers, cement/patio. We couldn't be happier; and are thoroughly enjoying our new spaces. (July 2025)

We just had a kitchen remodel done, and couldn't be happier. Paradise listened to what I wanted, and worked the layout to fit our family's needs. Workers were prompt and cleaned everything (better than my kids!) at the end of each work day. Issues/changes were communicated quickly with options of how to proceed.
