Bulldog Builders was professional, timely and great communicators. My wife and I worked with Kalan and from the second he arrive at our door it was great. We had our roof, gutters, windows and siding cover by insurance. Once again, thank you so much!

I was nervously concerned since this was my first home owners claim. Hail had damaged my roof, siding, screens, deck and more. Kalan Evans was extremely informative explaining the process even coming out a second time to reassure me by answering my questions again. I worked Ryan and Dave from Bulldog. Ryan came out to work with the adjuster for the inspection. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of repair. After the inspection there were some items Ryan found that were overlooked by the adjuster. The work was done professionally and quickly. The crews picked up everything and were very polite. Dave was great to work with as well. He followed up quickly whenever I had to ask a question. After the work was done Ryan followed up with the insurance company for the work that he thought needed to be done as well. Would highly recommend them!

We contacted them about 5 years ago for a new roof. After inspection, the owner said we were not in need of a new roof for a couple years and made repair suggestions that my husband was actually able to fix himself. Because of his honesty, we knew we would contact the company again when it was time to replace the roof.

The roof was replaced about 3 weeks after the inspection/contract was signed. The workers were at our house 12.5 hours in extreme heat. The workers cleaned up all the supplies as well as their personal items/garbage extremely well. The next 2 days, additional workers came out to make final improvements/adjustments to fully complete the project. Mike the carpenter was also a pleasure to work with and appreciated his hard work in the extreme heat.

They replaced my roof in 2022. Easy to work with and willing to negotiate with any small changes that i wanted. Would hire them again.

Everyone I interacted with from this company were kind and professional. The sales person was not pushy and the crew that came out finished before the estimated time they gave me before they started. My yard was left clean and the roof looks great. Fantastic service and a fantastic price.

Had a total roof ripoff done along with 2 skylights. I was VERY impressed with the workers and the quality of their workmanship. Just a total great experience and could not be happier with my new roof. At 77 yrs of age i know good work,, these guys were top. All done in one day ! Could not even find one roofing nail in yard when they left. Neighbors impressed also ,, asking "where did you find that business " ?

Our experience with Bulldog was far below expectations. We signed an agreement with them and gave them our first insurance check - No progress was made for two months, despite us checking in with our sales rep, until we escalated to their office. The new rep that they then sent to meet with us acknowledged that they had mishandled the situation, so we thought things would be fine after that.

Once work began on our siding, their crews framed one door incorrectly, corrected it, and then proceeded to frame the second door incorrectly as well. Despite high winds being in the forecast, they did not secure the siding materials, causing us to have to chase down full sheets of siding throughout our neighborhood, as we didn’t want it to damage our neighbors’ cars. They damaged the fiber internet line coming into our house, so we had to have AT&T out to reinstall it. They also drank on the job. They left the scaffolding platform down across one of doors over a weekend, leaving us unable to use the main entry point for our home.

They also did not measure our house correctly for the siding. On the second day of the project, we asked our sales rep if they had enough materials and we were assured that they did. It turned out that did not, additional siding was not ordered for another week after us asking, and our house was left unfinished for almost three weeks after that.

Tl;dr: Bad customer service and inexperienced/unprofessional crews.

Bulldog Builders provided high value & professional work on a complicated roof replacement. Matt Pagach coordinated every step of the process. Any time I had a question, he was quick to respond and guided me through the next steps. It was easily the cleanest crew I've ever had on my property.

Bulldog Builders made the entire process of repairing our home a breeze. Andrea V. took care of everything. We needed a new roof , siding and window repairs after a bad hail storm. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the pricing was better than other quotes. Andrea V kept in touch the entire time and even after the job was completed. Bulldog Builders treated us like we were a priority through the entire process- even handling the insurance company! If you want real professionals working on your home give them a call!

Had the pleasure of working with Reed on a roof and fascia replacement he made perfect color suggestions and the replacement went exactly as planned. I would recommend him and bulldog to anyone I know.

We hired Bulldog Builders in the summer of 2024 to replace the roof and gutters on our home in Waukesha. This project was born out of necessity after a significant water leak went into our dining room. Bulldog Builders responded quickly, spent a good amount of time on the roof, wrote up a scope of work right away, and then presented a reasonable quote.

Having already pulled quotes from a few other companies, we hired Bulldog immediately. Our representative (Justin) answered all of our questions (we had plenty!), took our concerns seriously, and was very "real" about the entire process. He was knowledgeable about the process (we had several flat roofed areas in addition to steep grade shingled areas) and gave us confidence that we were doing the right thing.

Bulldog was on our property 24 hours later tarping our roof, which saved our interior! The crews showed up a week or so later and worked quickly! The crew leader was great to work with, and Justin regularly checked in during the entire process. The new roof exceeded our expectations. In the end, we had one small issue with a gutter leaking. We reached out to Bulldog and they had someone out to correct this issue immediately.

We decided to have two old upstairs windows replaced as well & that was also a smooth experience!

Everyone at Bulldog (from office staff, to Justin - our sales rep, to the contractors themselves) have been extraordinary.

10/10 would recommend & will hire them again for our next project!

Just completed our hail damage roof project with Bulldog Builders! I’m giving a 5 star review because the project was completed easily and the crew left very little to no trace behind. The job was completed in 2.5 days, with one or two little minimal visits back. Our home and shed both look beautiful.
Justin our main point of contact was super helpful and communicative in terms of the project, contract, crew ETAs, supply ETAs, etc. Ryan was our contact for the insurance aspect and answered all of my many questions. Carl their project manager made sure that things were done right and ensured some added enhancements to our home were completed like a chimney cricket and new trims and flashings. My husband and I are young, and have never navigated a huge insurance project like this. Justin and Ryan were helpful, relatable, and easy to work with.

I contracted with Bulldog to get a roof assessed after some damage during a hailstorm. Everything went smoothly, they didn't leave a mess, and completed the work quickly despite having a pretty complicated roof. Pricing was very reasonable and there was plenty of communication.

I worked with Andrea, her and her crew worked fast at getting my roof, gutters and siding completed. The crew worked fast and made sure all debris was picked up. I highly recommend this company.

Rubber membrane tear-off long overdue. Luke from Bulldog came over and gave us an estimate. The work began this summer. They found termites and dispatched them. Their carpentry team tore off rotted exterior eaves and rebuilt them. They re-sloped the roof so that water would drain (that worked great!!) They made a horrific mess, and clean it up nicely. With all the extra work they did (carpentry mostly) the original price was adhered to. Unbelievable! We could not be happier. We highly recommend this company.

This crew was like having a professional family member come take care of you! They were friendly, professional, and efficient; habitually cleaning after themselves and worked diligently to get the job done without any delays. We would hire them again in a heartbeat, but their work is so good we won’t be needing them for several years to come!

Andy is extremely personable and was great to work with to get my roof replaced. Contractors came out to my house on a Saturday afternoon a little before 3 PM and had everything stripped and redone and cleaned up before 8 PM. There was a slight mix up with something that was supposed to be done but wasn't, however it all worked out for the best in the end that the mix up happened to begin with - divine intervention. The house looks great.

I was very happy with the detailed estimate and the fact that he took the time to thoroughly discuss different options on how to best make the necessary repairs. Tim called and was the same guy that came out. It was much more affordable than other companies, low pressure and had same lifetime warranty with workmanship as other more expensive companies.

Tim gave us lots of different affordable options, Carl kept in touch with us the whole process, they were at our house completed in 2 weeks from paperwork.

The roof was perfe t they cleaned the yard 3 times no nails dirt or pieces of shingle anywhere.

Loved working with the owner Wes that checked up on us and that the production manager kept up with us.

We see several new Bulldog signs going up in the neighborhood, and we have recommend them to family and would use again.

The whole project was done professionally and right the first time! I have watched most of my neighbors have their contractors back several times re doing roofs and gutters that they had replaced. Bulldog is an honest company and made sure I was 100% satisfied before sending out an invoice. I would highly recommend!!

Tim was nicer and more knowledgeable than my other quotes, didn't waste my time with a big show and they were about half the price of my other quotes, and with a certified manufacture warranty.

Ryan the manager came out too, help with a lot of my paperwork and was very nice. Carl the production manager was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process, followed up and had his guys complete the roof within 3 weeks of doing paperwork.

The owner Wes followed up and asked how my project went, never had the owner of a company follow up after getting the money before.

I'm extremely happy, will use Bulldog again for my windows. I referred a few neighbors and they are already going to do the house across the street from me.

I had called Bulldog builders due to a bad hail storm that occurred this past May. Reed came out and inspected my roof in a timely manner. No damages were found and Reed was very professional.

Team Matt, Mike, Tommy and Rico replaced siding on three dormers over my garage. There was nothing that I would change about the result. PERFECT! Thanks, guys. They were on time, worked hard, cuts were precise, very neat, and accommodating. Bulldog Building also provides other services. I would not hesitate to hire them again for other projects, given their attention to detail and the amount of pride they took in their work.

Edit: Two years later, and the gutters installed on my house have caused nothing but problems. They’re certainly not “seamless” and regularly leak, causing landscaping issues and some pretty significant water pooling. The siding itself seems fine, but this isn’t the hassle I expected that I was signing up for.

I hired Bulldog Builders to install new siding and gutters on my home. Their price was the best and I liked the reviews I read. A crew showed up in December 2022 and had the majority of the job done in about a week. The crew didn't speak English, so communicating them was impossible. The job was done quickly. They broke a fence (addressed by BB after bringing it up), ripped a screen (BB fixed), kicked my rubber mulch around my yard (I decided it was better addressed on my own), and didn't do all of the work agreed to.

Over the next three months, crews would show up, do most of the remaining work, and then I'd get a request for payment. We didn't get to 100% until the first week of March 2023. The job ran over about $1,000.00 because of an oversight by the sales guy. BB agreed to doing it for cost of materials alone, which I appreciated.

That all being said, it's my opinion that the biggest issue here was communication between the work crew and BB admin. Sean was great at communicating with me, and did his best to address the issues I brought up. If you're looking for a quick and dirty job, and you have plenty of patience, I'd certainly recommend this company. If you just want it done properly the first time, my recommendation isn't as strong.
