I use this store regularly. I do not like Ace Timberline as they have been nasty regarding a return that I bought the day before!
I do like Art Munoz as he has been extremely helpful. Everyone in there has been very nice and accommodating. And they usually have what I need.

I’m a full time plumber in Wasatch county and would much rather go to standard plumbing over mountain land. Art their manager is always super helpful and always go above and beyond to help me get in and out faster. And he is always chipper.

A very good selection of products and a store where people are friendly and go out of their way to hell, bill.

I had the pleasure of a Standard Plumbing employee's assistance today. He took the time to help me assemble a chair at his store. I was not sure of the parts needed so he took the time to help assemble w trial and error parts. It's a nice feeling to know we have a small town hardware store.

Every time I've called they have been really helpful in checking to see if the product is actually on the shelf. Always have had good customer service when visiting the store.

Exceptional customer service from knowledgeable staff. Ladies the empowering women that manage the store are wonderful people that will help not only get you the right supplies and tools you might need; but coach, instruct and make you feel like you can fix anything!!!

They didn't have the sink we wanted but Steve found it an another store and had it delivered within a few days for us to pick up. He was able to answer all our questions and kept us updated along the way. Excellent service and selection.

Excellent store! For great customer service talk to the manager or one of the female employees. There are at least 3 different ladies who work there and they're all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Being a non plumber myself, they have helped me many times. They have everything from Benjamin Moore paint to landscape items. They also even rent small plumbing tools.

This store is amazing everyone is so super helpful! The employees are always helpful and always help to find what you need and are great at helping you with your do it yourself projects! Definitely suggest this place for all your Hardware and Plumbing needs!!!

What I like best about this store is the fact there is always someone who is willing to help you find what you need. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well stocked, organized and clean.

The staff was great, and the store was clean and well organized. They even helped me design the layout and construction of my home sprinkling system.

Went in to get a faucet replaced because the plumber was on his way. Faith helped me with the new faucet and also called moen on another matter I couldn’t get solved on my own. Before I could leave the store there was a tracking number with the part on the way! Awesome!

Standard plumbing is by far, the worst supply house across the board. Nothing you ever need is in stock, terrible customer service and probably the least knowledgeable staff of anywhere. At least they have 37,869 shades of off white paint. But this one is a special kind of terrible. If the heber location burned to the ground and never came back no one would miss it.

Long story short don't support establishments that don't support u.s. currency regardless the technically Advanced world we live in.

I stoped by in a hurry to grab a few parts. They had everything I needed. And, even the staff was helpful, not necessarily the most knowledgeable... Or, Maybe I'm just picky on where I get my advice.

Now, the issue with this establishment, that I experienced is:

I did not have a credit / debit card on me. But thankfully, I had cash. After I was rung up, my purchase totaled $51 and change. I pulled out $100 bill. Too my surprise, they did not accept my money. They gave me an excuse about being robbed last week.(if this statement is true, then I am sympathetic for the loss, and that life happened to this unfortunate store).

Frustrated, I went back to my wallet and was able to scrounge up $47. They would not accept this currency either.... So, at a loss for alternate options, I decided to let the clerk decide. "Do you want a hundred dollar bill or do you want $47"? He chose to refuse my business. Which I found extremely interesting, given the fact that they claim to be an establishment that accepts u.s. currency. I hope after this experience they will be wise enough to put up signage explaining that even though we do accept cash, we do not collect $100 bills. Sorry for the inconvenience. If this had been the case, I would have happily put back $5 worth of merchandise. Unfortunately, it turned into a matter of principle.

I proceeded to ask for the managers phone number, they could not provide it. Either of the two Clerks. They do not know how to get ahold of their manager?! In disbelief and amazement, I asked for the manager's name. The response was "Mark". To which I chuckled dropped my head in disbelief of the ridiculous customer service I experienced. When I brought myself to a point, (where I wasn't going to laugh and insult the clerk's intelligence). I asked if he could provide Mark's last name. I wish I could tell you there was a resolution. But, from what I gathered, Mark does not seem to be the real name of any manager that works for this establishment.
