Jim and his team were incredible! They finished the patio early and they were very professional. Jim went out of his way to make sure I was happy- even as I threw changes in the mix. And boy am I happy with the results. I spend time enjoying the new patio and balcony daily. The product is beautiful and made with care. I will definitely call Jim back for my home and patio needs! Jim was absolutely incredible to work with. I originally had a patio from the mid 80's that was very low and "dingy". I reached out to Jim for a quote and Jim came by to check out the project a day or two later.

Jim took care of the HOA paperwork, City permits and all of that fun stuff. Jim has competitive pricing but what really stood out was how customizable Jim was comparted to everyone else. (gluelam vs rough sawn, exposed vs drywalled, beam size, stud size, header size, color, electrical, and many more I am sure).

Once the permit went through, the process was very quick for a project as large as mine. From tear down to hanging the last fan, it was quicker than i thought. One thing that stood out to me was during a phone call with one of the electrical team members, (we were deciding where to run the electrical), Jim asked "would it look good". That was very appreciative since I have had probably 10+ contractors work on the house during the remodel and Jim was the only one who didnt "cut corners" and truly cared about the finished product.

I'd recommend Jim to absolutely everyone. I only wish i had another house (that needed a patio cover).

Jim Stafford is great to work with! He took care of County Permits and HOA application. He helped come up with our design and structural construction materials. Scope of work was to remove existing patio roof, and build new patio cover (larger and taller). Estimated six weeks, but project was done in four weeks. Crew was on site daily. Good communication. We are very pleased with the entire process.

Jim did an amazing job creating my covered patio, complete with pavers to match the existing driveway. His attention to detail was impressive & the end result is beautiful. He always showed up on time AND the project was finished in LESS time than he had estimated (what?!?!). He was unbelievably helpful when my garage flooded (unrelated to the project) and took his own personal time to help me out, which was just really nice of him. I recommend him 100% if you’re looking for a stress-free, honest renovation experience, and who doesn’t want exactly that?

Our Patio turned out better than we even imagined! We wanted our patio to feel more like an addition to the house - and Jim nailed it. He was able to keep within the look and finishes of the house and provide a great space for storage/laundry and a wonderful place to relax. We would definitely recommend Jim to design and build a quality patio at a very fair price!

Can't recommend this company enough. I extended my patio and they covered it to exactly match my existing original wood cover. Very professional. I was blown away by the end result. It was exactly what I envisioned.
