Called this morning and a couple of hours later a technician came by. Great same day sevice, the tech was very nice and professional! Thank you!

And who said there are no more Knights in shiny armour...........ok he didn't arrive on a horse but in a maroon truck and the armour would have been a bit much today but. When I felt and then saw my Central AC wasn't working, I made a few calls and this nice lady said I will give your message over. I had a few minutes to get my prayer circle in line and then Kevin called in. He was there in under an hour (today!!) and within an hour he had fixed it. Folks under an hour on a Friday at 3:30. And what a nice guy, he even called back in to remind me (cause I was so happy about cool air that I totally forgot) to close my garage. I thank him and my 2 cats thank him too.

This a great company. Not just trying to sell you something, there professional, honest company. Hard to find theses days. You can't go wrong here.

These guys worked on my mom's swamp cooler for years. They messed up her entire system. She had softened water from the house as the swamp cooler water. She said there were 3 of them. 2 brothers and a son. Apparently one brother and the son damaged the copper tubing that came from the house with soften water. It's source was a bathroom faucet. instead of fixing what they broke, they diverted the water source to the faucet on the front of the house. This water does not go through the softener. & it looks terrible. She said they told her she had to replace it with refrigerated air. That is another story. Our las cruces hard water crystalizes the pads in a month and they need to be replaced. When the pads are crystalized they don't work properly. She didn't know any better and has been living with an inadequate swamp. New fresh pads and it cools. But this only lasts about 3 weeks or so.
They also replaced her theromostat on/off control. They charged her $259 for a $60 part that takes 5 minutes to install. Which we had to replace less than a year later because the one they installed stopped working.
They replaced the 'motor' after after which water was pouring off the roof. They had to come out and replace it/ fix it.

They made sure they would always have work by making it so the pads are ruinind in a matter of weeks with hard water.
I left an message with thier answering service, which is a problem in itself, to see if they will remediate this. They need to put the line back to where it was using the softened water from the house.
It should be a crime to take advanatage of old people. My mom is 89.

He was late but called to let me know He didn't have all the answers but he knew where to find them.

I called them to do service on a mini split because it’s not throwing out hot air. The gentleman that arrived said it’s missing Coolant and he added the coolant it needed. Says the reason hot air is not coming out is because there was no coolant and the split and it caused it to ice up. I was charged about $290 for this and the split is still not heating up and now I’m having to clean the split myself. I might even have to replace with a new one.

I have first American home warranty. Stadjuhars is a company that was going to be contracted to do my air-conditioning service. Stadjuhars made an appointment without verifying with me they never showed up. Tryed contacting them several times they never returned my call. They don't deserve any stars on review.
