He visited our property multiple times to answer our questions and show us samples, all while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. He was not pushy.

The SRS crew was incredibly friendly and understanding. They actively listened to our concerns during the installation process and went above and beyond to address any issues. Notably, they left the property in pristine condition, leaving no damage or mess behind.

Overall, SRS delivered on all their promises. While their prices in Bellingham were relatively affordable, they used premium shingles similar to those offered by other companies that quoted me almost double the cost. I highly recommend working with SRS.

We recently had the roofs replaced on our new home and detached garage. Jacob and his team with SRS Roofing did a fantastic job and were very reasonably priced. They also repaired rotted fascia boards and added venting from our home’s interior to the roof which was sorely needed. Jacob Mccallum did a great job understanding my needs and providing specific solutions to my problems. Others quoted full system replacements where only partial replacements were needed and Jacob identified these situations and quoted only what was needed. The work was done quickly and with respect for my property. Any incidental damage that occurred was corrected. SRS was the most cost effective option I could find and did excellent work. SRS Roofing just wrapped up a commercial roof replacement for our building. Throughout the old roof demo and new roof replacement, their workers remained sensitive to our tenant's business operations by minimizing disruptions throughout the process. Could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend!

SRS ROOFING recently removed and disposed of my old roof and replaced it with a completely new roof and all its component parts. They also removed and disposed of the old gutter system and arranged for the installation of a new gutter system and made the chimneys look new.
The job took slightly more than one week. The laborers worked from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day and sometimes longer. They then cleaned up the site. The job was tidy, and materials were neatly arranged and were delivered as needed. The entire process was well organized. Company representatives were friendly, professional, and prompt in communication from the first phone call to completion. The paperwork part of the job was not burdensome, and the price was right. It was an exceptional experience. They even provided a picture of the new roof taken by their drone.

We had two roofs replaced by SRS Roofing, our home with shingles and an equipment shed with metal. Both jobs were beautifully done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. We also had the gutters and downspouts on our home replaced and SRS handled contracting that out for us, too. The customer service, start to finish, was second to none from the estimator to the foreman to the roofers. They were all professional and friendly and responded quickly to all our questions. Excellent Company to go with SRS gave me an estimate within 2 days. I had an appointment within 2 weeks to redo the whole roof and replace the gutters. It was the cheapest estimate I received!! I had already received 4 estimates before I found SRS. Raffel was my contact person and he was always willing to answer any questions or concerns regarding my roof and gutters.
