SRA Roofing & Gutters - Shawnee, KS

SRA Roofing did the new shingles on my roof back in the spring of 2025. Will Synder was their representative who asked to check my roof and he did and up in my attic to find several leaking areas I had no idea about. He helped me set up with my insurance and it was all set. The roofers came in the same week and had it done and everything cleaned up in the same day. Will came during the process to check on things and another guy from SRA checked after it was all done to set up removal of leftover shingles etc. I was very very pleased w the company and the overall process.

I had a leak that was damaging my kitchen ceiling. Called Storm Restoration about the problem and received an immediate response. They sent Nate to my home and he is a true professional in all aspects. He listened to my concerns and explained his inspection method to include using a pad on the ladder to ensure no damage occurred to my new gutters. He found the source of the leak by inspecting the roof and attic area. Nate explained the source of my leak and laid out the repair process. The front office staff are very helpful. Great company that cares about their customers.

This company did a fantastic job. The roofing team was very professional and worked very quickly on getting the roof replaced. Dealing with the company was very professional and very responsive to any needs or questions and provided documentation needed quickly. I would definitely recommend this company for anybody needing a needing a new roof on their home.

Storm Restoration was able to repair the roof on one of my investment properties is a very timely manner. Adam and his team do an excellent job from start to finish. I will use them again if you need anything roof wise in the KC metro give Adam a call.

Shout out to Shane who continuously checked on the crews as they replaced my hail damaged roof and gutters. He also worked tirelessly with my insurance company to see that nothing slipped through the cracks.

I have a water leak from my roof to fireplace so I Chris McConnaughey come to check on my roof. Him and another came and checked my roof and told me my roof is in very good condition I just need fireplace repair. Very honest and yes I am impressed

Initial roofing job was OK. Had to hassle them for 4 months to repair minor damage incurred during the roofing job. After several no-shows, a worker finally shows up (2 hours early, had to rush home from work) who does not speak English and doesn't understand the issues identified at the post-installation inspection. Incredibly frustrating experience all around and not worth the cost of the roof installed. Fit and finish is average at best.

Mason was awesome to work with and helped to get the insurance company to agree to a new roof. Dealing with insurance caused a huge delay, then winter, come late winter, we put the roof on and Mason was there to manage and over see the work. He did a follow-up of the workman ship and came by to go over the final invoice in person. Mason has wonderful communication skills and handles himself with outstanding professionalism. I was very pleased with the entire roof installation.

The repairs from hail damage to my roof and other items were completed in a professional and timely manor. When the cost exceeded the original estimate, the project manager worked with my insurance company and the independent adjuster hired by them. Due to his dedication and followup I received the appropriate settlement. I highly recommend SRA to anyone.
