We have a 30 year old prow front home with cedar siding painted with an opaque stain. Lots of very high windows and surrounded by lots of trees. The siding had some mildew, there were tons of spider and cob webs and the concrete patio and driveway were in need of a thorough cleaning. Squeeky Clean sent a two man team to clean our windows inside and out, power wash the entire exterior and clean the gutters on our roof. They worked very, very hard for about 10 hours. We have a large deck and they did a great job on that including underneath. The house is sparkling clean and the guys who did it could not have been nicer - they have an unbelievable work ethic and great attitude. It was not cheap at just over $2000 but we have gotten to the point in our lives where it is not work we are able to take on anymore. We would highly recommend this company.

More than 40 windows - all multi-paned. They look great.Both a chandelier and large arched window 2 stories above the floor. Somehow Squeeky Clean reached them and left them sparkling.

Sunnyside Communities has had Squeeky Clean wash our windows in the spring and clean out our gutters in the fall. They have also done some pressure-washing for us and always do an excellent job. Very reasonable pricing as well - Would highly recommend!

Quality clean. Unlike their competitors Gutter Hoes (not actual name), this company did not raise their bid or add corrections to a bid. They were straight forward. Cville has more than 1 gutter cleaner. This team did me right when Gutter Hoes kept raising prices.

Very responsive and easy to work with although I felt that for what they did (clean my gutters) they were there for only a few minutes and charged a lot.

We used Squeeky Clean this past week to clean out the gutters in our house. They got an estimate to us very quickly and were able to send out a crew sooner than expected. The crew was very nice, thorough, and completed the job in a timely manner. They also blew some leaves and such off of our patio, so they left the place cleaner than when they came! I will absolutely use squeeky clean again in the future and highly recommend them!

We've used Squeeky Clean several times over the last few years and most recently about a month ago to (1) clean our gutters and (2) resolve a problem of gutter overflow above a screen porch soaking the porch tile floor and porch furniture.

They found a major blockage in one down spout, which was exacerbating the overflow problem and required some time to resolve. This did not result in an increased charge.
In addition, we asked them without warning if they could wash the windows of our sun room, which they did for a very reasonable add-on to the initial price quote (which had been limited to gutter cleaning).

In each of the several times we have dealt with Squeeky Clean over the last several years, we have been impressed with their professional approach. Arranging for their visits is easy and generally within a few days. They arrive on time with required personnel and equipment. Finally, their work is of high quality for a reasonable price.

Squeaky Clean just did my windows inside/outside and the back deck floor and railings. The staff are so professional, knowledgeable and thorough about their work. I will definitely be contacting them again next spring or anytime that I need things “spruced up”. I highly recommend Danny and his staff for any of the services they provide.

Once again, Squeeky Clean was extremely helpful and easy to work with, from the estimate process to the actual pressure washing completed. They did an outstanding job cleaning gutters, washing the outside of windows, the rear deck and patio, the front brick porch and retaining wall, and soft-washing the vinyl fence.

Squeeky Clean has the equipment and the know-how to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Tom and his partner were professional and cordial. Tom pointed out that we have mineral deposits on some of our windows. This is caused by watering the yard, and the sun bakes those deposits on. I wish the chemical was on board the truck at the time of cleaning. This issue could have been taken care of. I now know to ask for the additional service next time. Perhaps that question should be asked up front prior to arrival. Other than that were satisfied.

The guys cleaned our gutters and eashed the exterior of our two story house. They worked quickly and thoroughly. They were kind, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend.

I appreciated the response from SC. They took views of our house and the gutters requiring cleaning. They provided a very fair estimate. Upon arrival and set up one could see they took safety seriously. The two man crew was courteous. They were professional in their approach and abilities in the gutter cleaning. I have a two story house with concrete plank siding and white vinyl, wood grain, trim. The trim boards, over time, have become quite "dirty" with a black, difficult to remove mildew in the grain. Some of these trim boards are WAY too high for me to reach. Squeeky Clean effectively cleaned them, when they said they would. I live in the boonies, and they willingly traveled to do the job. I anticipate using them again, next time I see the mildew

This crew was presented with what had to be among the most difficult cleaning jobs they have encountered. It was beyond filthy. They left a room so clean and so immaculate it appeared to be the result of new construction. I wasn't confident the room would ever be restored to the kind of condition it was in when new, but it was! Recommend with full confidence.
