Put a new roof on our existing shop. Did excellent work, always cleaned up at the end of shift, kept a professional, responsible worksite. This company has had it's ups...and downs. They did the roofing on our apartment building and we have had very little issues. In the past, it was a little hard to get them to respond... However, recently I had a leaky roof, they came within two hours to "fix it". Whatever they did didn't work so I called again today. The receptionist said she would call the roofer and get him back out. I received a NO SHOW...along with NO CALL. The tenant said the first time he wanted attic access but couldn't open the attic without a key. Ummmm, you turn the lock with a screwdriver. He couldn't figure that out? He didn't want to do the work. Now, we have a leaky roof. Maintenance, (not the roofing company) said the vent collar the roofer "fixed" was not secured, and now there's mold in the attic. SQI doesn't really care if they work or not. Too bad....I really wanted to like them.
