One thing that is often lost today is customer service - not so with Four Seasons! Every aspect of the process included great service - from the initial estimate to the final clean-up. Four Seasons replaced our cedar shake with standing seam metal and it looks great! Estimator Steven was very informative and made it clear that removing cedar shake is a messy process - he was right, but we planned ahead and were ready. The office staff were easy to work with and provided great service. PM Vance answered every question and did those little extras that really make a job. Nilton and Rodrigo are exceptional sheet metal guys, true craftsmen. Everyone at Four Seasons did their job very well, even when we had a few hiccups, Four Seasons took care of them right away. They even checked around the property several times a day to ensure no objects were on the ground for the pup to find. Would definitely hire Four Seasons again!

We have a very complex roof and we live in South Whidbey. For years we searched for an honest roofer capable of replacing our roof. In the meantime we hired several roofers to do repair jobs, which taught us a few lessons the hard way. We had nearly given up... until we heard about Four Seasons Roofing. From our first meeting with them we knew that we were finally in good hands. They turned out to be everything we had wanted in a roofing company: professional, honest, hard-working, and FAST! Four Seasons is an excellent roofing company to work with. The entire process was completed within the expected time frame for the scope of the work. In addition to new decking we requested our chimney to be taken down below roofline, several bathroom vents located and properly vented, and other parts of the roof to be repaired where we had a leak. Four Seasons completed these tasks at a professional level. At all levels of the company; estimator, scheduler, project manager, crews, to owner, they communicated well and far quicker than industry standards. The crew was accommodating to my wife and I when we came home by stopping what they were working on so we could safely enter the house during the project. The crew cleaned up everyday as promised and no damage was done to any of our plants/yard. As with all projects, minor issues arose and Four Seasons dealt with them directly, timely, and honestly, with communication being the key. We highly recommend Four Seasons.

I'd like to start by saying that our new roof looks beautiful. The crew was very efficient, hard-working, friendly, and communicative (and yes, there was always someone who spoke English, and I got to interact with the crew quite a bit). Several times during the day, someone would walk around the house picking up nails and debris, and they made every effort to clean up at the end of every day and after the job was complete.

The crew seemed skilled and knowledgeable. I do want to point out that some of our siding got damaged, which, I guess is expected when flashing is replaced. The problem is, nobody told us; I noticed this myself afterwards, when I climbed to the roof. I also noticed that screws holding down the skylight flashing had not been driven at a straight angle. The same problem was with the screws holding down our replaced skylight (I know that the original pilot holes had been straight and not stripped, so it looks as if it was done in a hurry), which, unfortunately, I also noticed after the fact.

Marc was great. So was Vance. Both were informative, communicative, and very responsive. I can't say the same for communication about scheduling, however, and this left a somewhat unpleasant aftertaste. We did work out the initial glitches (once things got escalated to Marc and Vance, who clearly tried to make it right), but I ran into the same issues when scheduling skylight replacement after the completion of the roofing job. I was just presented with the time and my request to schedule to a different time slot was literally countered with suggestions how I should adjust instead. Eventually, the crew was simply dispatched at the time I had indicated was not suitable for me.

In any case, as far as the roof itself goes, I'm happy with it so far.

Four Seasons Roofing did an excellent job repairing and rebuilding the roof of my sunroom fixing a leak that had been there for a long time! Ed was very skilled with the repair and rebuild and was really easy to work with and always kept me posted about the progress. Henry did a stellar job with interior sheetrock and painting. The roof looks great and interior looks great!

Travis and all other team members were excellent to communicate and work with. When I first discovered a leak in my roof, Travis was gracious enough to send a crew urgently over the weekend to fix it. Their estimate process was very transparent with a lot of pics and overall pricing came out to be very competitive.

The work itself was done very professionally and on time. And at each step, Travis and team communicated any changes or additional work needed very clearly. The overall work looks great at first glance. The final cleanup around the property was also really good.

Four Seasons did a great job replacing the roof. We were kept updated as the project progressed and had the work completed with minimal disruptions. Very pleased with communication, and the final result.

Travis and his team are professional and very reliable. I have used them for 2 jobs on my home and rentals and they have always been very professional and the job well done.

Promise big results but have no follow through and no integrity. Up charges are out of control, guarantees that they don’t follow through with. Glorified lip service. Owner should want to be better, but cares nothing for his customers only lining his pockets and littering the area with his sub par roofing. Go anywhere else and avoid the nightmare of “roof done right.” Farthest thing from the truth. Sag not repaired, nails blown through all around eaves, boards ripped off without change order and slapped back in, (not even primed to match what they ripped out) and my neighbors gutters ripped off as the finale. Go anywhere else. You’ve been warned. Be better Mr. Hendrickson, take pride in all your jobs. You wouldn’t want your own house to look like this, especially after wasting over 25k for “roof done right”

Four Seasons (Travis, Javier, Lugo) did a fantastic job on my roof extension. It is performing very well - and got roof runoff flowing away from the house exactly as I wanted. Trimmed out job meticulously as well. Would hire Four Seasons again in a second.

The gang at Four Seasons did a great job on our metal roof and they have been there to support us ever since. We had a different contractor working on our chimney and they scratched the roof in multiple places. The Four Seasons team quickly came out to estimate the necessary repairs and they got me on the schedule right away. We were very happy with the results.

Terry Bridgman arrived at the pre-scheduled time to inspect our old roof and provided us with a detailed written bid on replacing it with high quality Malarkey roofing products. He also noted that our chimney cap was in need of replacement and provided us a bid for that work also. We figured the chimney work was due as our house is 45 years old.
We elected to go ahead with both these projects (roof and chimney). Both of these projects were completed with expert, efficient care.
Tiana kept us well informed via email of the project process and beginning and end dates.
The re-roofing team found several sheets of the old plywood that had failed due to rot. These sheets were removed and replaced with new sheets prior to the new roofing material being put down.
Bottom line is, we were very pleased with the professionalism, project management and overall outcome of this project. They did a stellar job of cleaning up the area after the work was completed. You'd never know they'd been here except for our new roof! We would highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing to anyone looking for expert roof installation.
Lastly, our neighbors had used and recommended Four Seasons after they had their roof replaced a couple of years ago. Another reason we elected to work with them.

Amazing. We had some funny gutter issues due to the speed of the water on a metal roof : ). I saw some interesting ideas on some other houses, and reached out to FourSeasons crew to get their input. We chatted and then Travis came out to the house to get a feel for the problem and recommended a different solution that was even better functionally and especially cosmetically. They did great work, got it done quickly, and ive never been upset about prices with them. And the customer service at the office has always been top notch.

They did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with. They explained everything they planned to achieve, and kept me updated with issues as they arrived.

I was most impressed when the final inspection came and the inspector was extremely detail oriented. He said he noticed some nails that were not trimmed properly. They caused no practical problem, and were hardly visible, but he wanted to make sure the job was done right, so they came back out and trimmed them the next day.

Your company installed my metal roof during the covid 19 era and did all they could to complete the job in an efficient manner. Even with the shortage of employees and shortage of supplies the job was completed in a reasonable period of time and an excellent installation

My garage and house were damaged by a large, 100 foot Douglas Fir tree that fell in late August. The roof sustained significant damage. Four Seasons Roofing replaced the roof and in addition fixed numerous other problems with the siding and gutters. An excellent job. Top notch!!!

The installer knew what needed to be done to the existing roof before installing the ridge vent. Looks great.

We noticed a hole in the siding of our chimney. We had several companies come out to assess it and give us an estimate. Most gave a cursory look and the estimates weren't detailed. A friend highly recommended contacting Travis at Four Seasons Roofing to get a bid.

Travis was extremely knowledgeable and did a thorough assessment of the damage and the entire exterior of the house. He found several other issues that needed to be addressed. The estimate we received was detailed out by project and we could see clearly what work was to be performed for each, no guessing!

The materials used were of high-quality. Lugo took care of the roof projects and did a nice job. Matt handled the chimney and siding work. He was meticulous, incredibly skilled and kept us informed throughout. Both men were friendly, hardworking and professional. Travis also checked in a few times to see how things were going and if we had any questions.

I chose Four Seasons due to their reputation and after checking out a few other companies. From first meeting to final billing everything was done with professionalism and thoughtfulness to my budget. Four Seasons found some hidden issues with my roof after starting the job, walked me through options and came up with pricing that I could afford. Everyone on the crew was respectful of my property, the clean up was fantastic, and in less than a week I have better roof ventilation, new rafters, and a beautiful warrantied roof.

We had four seasons replace our 20 year old asphalt roof, update our gutters and replace a skylight. Overall, the team did a great job with only minor standard construction issues. The quote came in about the middle of the pack, but we decided to go with Four Seasons based off warranty and having our contact be one company for all our project needs. Unfortunately the skylight we wanted was backordered and had some communication problems around that, but when all was said and done, I think they did a quality job.

A high quality job at an accurate price. Four Seasons took much more time than the competition to go up into the attic, onto the roof, and all around the house to make sure they were making an accurate estimate. In planning the purchase of our new roof, we did our due diligence by getting the standard three bids by three different companies. It was important to us that the company have excellent workmanship/quality, excellent communication, and use an excellent product. Four Seasons Roofing and Remodeling had all three and more! We had a ton of questions, due to this being our very first roof install and due to the cost of our purchase. They took their time explaining everything from the awesome products that they use (Malarky Materials) to the entire process of the roofing experience from tear off to completion. When we noticed some leaks in our roof after only 9 years we got a referral for 4 seasons from a neighbor who works as a contractor. They came out right away to inspect, explain the situation, and present the options. (Previous roofers didn’t not properly nail or ventilate the roof which led to leaking and mold).

They were prompt with scheduling, and stayed on track and on budget with the project. It took a total of 3 days for our roof. Now we have the peace of mind that we won’t have a disaster and will stay safe and dry.

Seeing as a roof is on the spendier side of house maintenance they really did make it easy for me to go with them. The price was competitive to what I received and I believe the quality of work was superior, I definitely recommend them and would use them again if need be.

It's also worth noting that the crew was very nice and respectful and cleaned up every day which I appreciated as I tend to be a little bit on the OCD side lol.

Four seasons showed up and did a good job. The only downside was once I decided to go with Four Seasons and called them back, they didn’t answer and never got back to me. I had to call again to set up my appointment. On the plus side they got me in quickly and were professional and gave me a good product.

Called the team to get a quote. From the first step they were responsive, accommodating, and a joy to work with. They were open and honest about all aspects including material and change orders. The laborers doing the work were outstanding. Cleaned up everyday over three days and completed all work to high standard. Very personable as well. Slightly more expensive than my 2nd choice, but picked them because of all the things they could offer. They did the job quickly and it was perfectly done. The project manager and workers were wonderful to work with and responded quickly to all my questions.

I have an unusual roof situation, a large flat roof with six skylights that are lit from above, a challenging project to be sure. I wanted to keep the skylights in place and also receive a slight taper to the sagging aspect of the roof. After getting 4 or 5 bids from a variety of roofing companies, Four Seasons came out on top in every aspect. What sold me on hiring them was their flexibility in problem solving, and their price (not the least expensive), was the most realistic. The other roofing companies were more formulaic in their approach, "we only do it this way", but Four Seasons were willing to work outside of the box.
They were diligent in their approach, expert craftsmen, always accommodated my "homeowner" requests during construction and followed through on their promises. I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing!

We had Four Seasons put a new cedar roof on our house a couple of years ago. When I called them to ask for a bid they came out with actual samples and educated us on all the pros and cons of each product and gave a very competitive bid. After we committed to having them do the job they were very communicative through the whole process. The attention to detail during the install and the final product exceeded our expectations and we have recommended them to our friends and neighbors. I've worked in the trades my entire life and I know quality workmanship when I see it.

I had to redo the roof on our flat roof sunroom and talked to multiple people about it. Travis and his team were far and away the best company I talked with! From the initial visit and the proposal price and all they way thru the project they were awesome at communicating what was going on and when it would be completed. My husband and I are waiting for our second quote from Four Seasons Roofing as my husband has found two separate leaks in two separate roofs from buildings on our property. My husband never once hesitated on who to call to get the roofs repaired because the first time we used Four Seasons the services provided, from the inspection to the repair were excellent. The staff at Four Seasons are exceptionally friendly, from the front office to the folks who do the repairs. Clean up, something that a lot of construction companies etc. seem to do partially was again, first rate! My husband is not the sort of person to go back to a company for more work if the first time around the work was sub-par. So when he went to Four Seasons without hesitating, I knew that he was very pleased with them.
We honestly cannot think of another company we would use when it comes to anything to do with a roof. Four Seasons is a shining example of how a business should do business!

IN 2007 you put a roof on a home that we now own. Per your contract with the previous owners, the warranty transferred to us. After the purchase, we discovered some leaks. Inspection showed that one was caused later by the chimney work done by another company. All other problems were under the warranty. You repaired all the issues and charged us only for the damage related to the chimney work. Also, your cost was substantially lower than another quote we requested (before we realized the warranty had transferred to us). We happily refer friends to you when they ask about roofing companies.

I'm very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone. Reasonable quote, on time, clean up after the job was done installing Leif Filter screens on my gutters. Guaranteed to never have to clean my gutters again or get on ladders!
