I was looking for a contractor that would do some repair work caused from a window leak on the south side of our home. I had a very difficult time finding someone that would take on the work. Green State Restoration referred me to LB Home Improvement LLC and within a few days Larry of (LB Home Improvement) came out to assess the job and gave me a bid within a short time. It was a difficult job that required a professional team to understand and get at the problem. Larry and his crew were focused and paid attention to detail as they worked to complete the job (siding removal and replacement, window removal, trim board replacement, stud reconstruction, & finally wall and trim painting). When other companies told us that our project was too small, or not in their service area, LB Home Improvement was happy to work with us to remodel our guest bathroom and laundry room. Larry presented us with a quote, which was well within our budget, within one day and was able to schedule us in the next week between other projects he had contracted.

The remodel consisted of a new vanity, mirror, toilet, light fixture, bathroom hardware, paint and flooring and it was completed in three days! The outcome was impeccable.  We can’t keep from peeking in to admire it.

There are no words to express our gratitude and appreciate for Larry and his team. We partnered with Larry to paint and update our kitchen cabinets. Rip out and replace our entire downstairs floor including a closet, bathroom, and laundry room. Replaced a sliding door with French doors. Redid our ceiling lights with LED dimming lights. And remodeled 2 bathrooms in our home. He had all of this work done within a few weeks. He was on time every day. Showed up when he said him or his team would be there. And communicated with us effectively throughout the entire process. As many people know it can be really hard to find a good contractor and in Larry we found a GREAT contractor for the house work we needed. I should also mention my husband and I are not great with design and aesthetic and Larry’s wife picked out pieces for our home that matched perfectly with the upgrades we did. We can’t thank them enough for the great work.

We found Larry after doing some searching online for contractors to help restore our bathroom after we had a water leak and had to have it gutted. Larry was very responsive and professional, and walked us through every step of what needed to be done / replaced. We ended up also having him finish another bathroom that we had started to remodel himself and the results turned out fantastic. Larry and Karim came over my house to quote me on my kitchen that are in dire need of remodeling. Their bid are middle with other bids I have before them. I could go with other cheaper bid, but I’m a big believer in “ You Get What You Paid For”. I hired them after my consultation and I couldn’t believe my eyes with the end result. Larry and Karim are both very knowledgeable contractors. We used them to refurbish the decks and hardscaping of our house. They were very professional and coordinated all of the activities with minimal impact to the site or our other activities. I needed some repairs done on my deck. I was in the Nextdoor app and they were advertising their business. I liked the pictures I saw and reached out to see if they could help me. They immediately got back to me and came out the next day to fix. They were thorough, quick, and got it done. Also I liked the fact they guarantee their work.

Met Larry when I had to sell my condo and needed a finish carpenter and learned he also did flooring. Long story short, in the condo they installed new floors, did the baseboard trim throughout, installed new interior doors and closet doors AND the Walnut butcher block counter. I had an offer at full ask 3 days after listing. So then, I moved into the new place... over the course of the last year they have done the following projects: front fence, small deck at the front door, replaced a few windows, new floors throughout the upstairs area, built a wall to split the loft into 2 rooms, ripped the carpet off the stairs and installed flooring and trim and built a fence for the side yard... I hope I didn’t further anything. They’re prompt and between the two of them can interpret my crazy ideas - thank goodness someone does... other contractors I had met previously argued with me about my design decisions but these guys listened. Now I just need to paint all this stuff...

Larry and Karim did three major home improvement projects for me over the last six months. They built a new deck in my backyard, built custom bookcases, and upgraded the lighting in my garage.
