Left an email message on their site for a roofing bid.Called the gal back once she left a message on my phone.This lady was Profiling me and was very condesending in her inquest as to what size cash cow i might be to them.Mind you no one in their office had seen my project yet.
NEWSFLASH! I am experienced in the construction trades,and know primadonna s ,blue side show men and con men alike.
Run Homeowner Run from this contractor!!
Dont waste your time talking to them.

In the months since this company replaced the roof on my mother's home, ceiling leaks have appeared throughout along with a pervasive smell. They refuse to take any responsibility for their faulty, negligent workmanship or make any of the repairs needed. This previously beautifully maintained home now has a leaky roof and stained, damp ceilings that this company won't do anything about.

Couldn't even get them to quote, and they did the roof on this house the last time it was done, so they had all the information already. I called multiple times and was told I would have a quote that day or the next, never happened. Finally went with another company, Renaissance Roofing, who were great. I just called this morning to let them know I no longer needed a quote, something like 3 months after I should have had one, and after the roof was done by someone else.

I don't mind if a company is so busy they don't want to quote, but to keep promising and not delivering, that I do mind.

I had my roof installed a little over 5 years ago, and was told at the time that I had a warranty for my roof for 15 years. I should have checked my documents properly as I ended up not being able to find the documents.
Earlier this year, I found a leak in my roof and called them to repair it (as I thought I had the warranty). Was told that there was no warranty after 5 years and I had to call the company that made the roofing material if I had complaints (??). Makes no sense.
When I asked about inspections, they told me it was $250. Just for inspections. No free estimates or anything. Absolutely not.
Perhaps they thought lightly of me since I am not Caucasian?
Also as a warning: they have a limitation to action after 5 years in their contracts so be careful about that.
Would not recommend using this place.
