The team at Spray-Tec did a tremendous job on our barn. Quin was great and so was his crew. They were quick, efficient and clean. Would recommend to any friends and clients needing this type of work.

After having concerns of over spray issues, the company sent out an employee to check it out. There wasn’t an issue on their end, but he gave advice on how to fix the issue! Very helpful and responsive.

My wife and I are currently building a new location for our fitness facility in New Albany. We've been doing the process without a GC and taken time to collect bids from many different contractors. Not all of our decisions were based exclusively on cost; we also highly valued good communication and gained perspective. From the first time Anthony came to bid for our job, he asked a bunch of questions to help us bring clarity to what we needed. He was very helpful and provided a lot of wisdom that this rookie didn't know anything about! As the start date came close, Quin was our main point of contact and he took great care of us. Communication on the timeline was always clarified as they continued to make progress. For the actual work, it turned out phenomenal! They did a great job of covering our entire facility in a plastic barrier as they began.

At the end, there was a little over spray onto our overhead garage door, but Quin was quick to scrub it off and even off to replace the door paneling if needed. They stand behind their work proudly and do it well.

Anybody that I know in the future that is doing a build is going to get my STRONG recommendation for Spray-Tec!

They performed both the Spray Foam Insulation, the attic blow in insulation and the batt insulation in a new construction building. Afterwards, I had them do the concrete floor in the shop area with a coating that has multicolor chips and clear top coat. Absolutely the best in every way imaginable!

Where I work I procure all of our vendors/service providers. I've had a long struggle finding a roofer that would answer or return calls, show up when they say they will, complete a job when they say they will and just generally communicate. Spray-Tec was the answer to my needs. I just utilized them for some gutter, skylight and siding repairs after some nasty weather we had in recent weeks/months and I'm grateful for their service. I can't speak highly enough about them and their attention to detail and follow through. I can't recommend them enough. They'll be doing all my future repairs.

These guys are "Jonny On The Spot" they did exactly what they said they were going to do and in the time frame that they said they were going to. If I had another roof to do I would hire these guys immediately

I just had a shop built and was wanting to insulate it with closed cell spray foam. I had contacted a few companies that never returned my call. I reached out to Spray Tec left a message on what I was wanting and they returned my call the next day. Arron a rep came out looked at my job and gave me a rough estimate. I received a call from him the next day and his estimate was spot on. I contacted him the next day and decided to let them do the closed cell spray foam and I'm very glad I did. They came out the next week done the job they we're very professional and they sealed the floor off with plastic and covered all electrical outlets and garage door sensors. When the job was completed they cleaned everything up and unmasked outlets and pulled covering on the floor. They also wanted me to look and inspect the job to make sure I was satisfied before they left. The people at Spray Tec went above and beyond my expectations and the job is one of the best that I have seen it is consistent and flat on surfaces it was applied to and I have done a lot of research on spray foam. If you are looking into foam insulation I wouldn't hesitate to contact them for your job I'm sure glad I did. Great team. If you want to see what shape your commercial roof is really in, I highly recommend the team at Spray-Tec. Did high quality scans of our roofs, and provided detailed and visual reports. Their knowledge, expertise, and reports are helping us plan and justify our upcoming budgets. They also provided various options for repairs and replacements, as well as other interesting products like their exposed duct coating.

Spray-Tech has been a true pleasure to work with. They are very detailed in all their work performed and always available for repairs or just to answer questions and concerns. They are prompt to address any problems that may show up. Their staff is courteous and knowledgeable in the field.

Paid almost double of what my local "good ol' boy" spray foam company quoted. It was worth every penny, they were the most professional workers I have seen in years. The local guy could not have done close to as good of a job as Spray-Tec did. We had Spray-Tec install closed cell spray foam to the roof decking and in the basement. I was very impressed with every aspect of the process. I will break down my review in parts.

Estimate:
Jacob was out first point of contact with Spray-Tec. He was very well informed about the subject matter but more importantly for me was when he wasn't sure about something he wouldn't make it up and would look into it and get back to me (which he did). This was going to be a large purchase so my wife and I had a list of questions to ask and Jacob to the time to answer them all. He seemed genuinely interested in our project and wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted. He quoted a timeframe for when he would get back to us with a completed estimate and met that to the day. I can honestly say that one of the major reasons I went with Spray-Tec is because of Jacobs customer service, professionalism, and his willingness and ability to answer my questions in a timely manner.

Scheduling
Once we agreed to go further with Spray-Tec we were turned over to Quin. We were scheduled quickly and he took his time to explain the process and what we should expect for the project to be complete and he was also able to confirm what we were getting and went over any specific requests that we had gone over previously with Jacob. He was very polite and again showed genuine interest in our project and my wife and I felt like there was nothing that would surprise us during the process.

The day(s) of installation
We were given a time that Spray-Tec would arrive on the day of installation and they arrived right on time. I met Quin in person at this time and he made sure that everything we had gone over on the phone and by email were correct now that they were on site. I was introduced to the to installers at that time and we walked the entire project (the attic and the basement) to make sure that there would not be anything that either of us overlooked or were confused about. Able was the main installer and he along with his team did an amazing job. I am very particular about making sure things are done the way that I had envisioned and I was more than impressed. They took their time to cover our valuables and also made sure they did not cause excessive over-spray and at the same time did not show any evidence that they were cutting corners. Able and his team were friendly and polite and I felt very comfortable leaving my home in their very capable hands.

The results
This review is being written about 2 weeks after installation so I have a limited amount of data to share. But in that time I have been absolutely amazed at the difference we can see already. Spraying the roof decking would make the attic area become a conditioned space and it was instantly clear that that area was more comfortable. Before we had little to no insulation in that area so the winters were brutally cold and the summers were almost too much to deal with for any amount of time. Now the temperature has not been more than +/- 5 degrees from what the main floor is. Also (and most importantly) is that our HVAC system does not come on hardly at all. It's almost unbelievable how little it runs now. During the day we keep the thermostat at around 71 and in the evening we lower it to 65. We had a night that got down to the upper 20's just recently. The inside temperature never actually got down to 65 until 8 hours later so the heat never kicked on the entire night. Before it would have to run 2 to 3 times an hour. The overall comfort of the house has completely changed for the better. I can't think of a better return on our money than what we are seeing already. I can't wait until this summer to see how well everything works during our hot days.

Price
We had several estimates done for spray-foam in both open and closed cell. Spray-Tec had the best price for what we wanted and provided more services than the other (more expensive) competitors.

We are so thankful that we reached out to Spray-Tec. It has completely changed our forever home for the better.

WOW! I couldn’t say enough about the business of Spray-Tec. The people that I’ve dealt with there have been very helpful, knowledgeable, also gotten back with us, guided us thorough. The product is absolutely the best. We had the envelope done. We also had foam sprayed before the concrete went down. The owner Roger is awesome. He took time to meet with us one on one a couple times to make sure we understood what product was best for our project. The friendliest, patience and knowledge that Anthony and Wesley have is unbelievable. Thank you all so much for everything. You won’t be disappointed in choosing Spray-Tec!!

This is my first experience with Spray Tec on metal roof repairs and I could not be more pleased. I was very impressed with the level of detail that they provide and the very customer oriented responses to a demanding customer like me. This response was noticed in my interaction with Aaron Martin during the initial look at the scope of the work to be done and the corresponding cost estimate. A similar response was noticed with Randy during the completion of the work itself. I was very pleased with the quality of the finished work and will definitely recommend Spray Tec for similar jobs in the future.

I recently used SprayTec on one of my commercial buildings and I am very pleased with their performance. They replaced my roof, stopped years of leaks and ceiling tile changes and done so in a quick and professional manner. The supervisor for the job was Quinn Heisler and he is a consummate professional and will bend over backwards to accommodate the client. He kept me abreast of what was going on through the entire job and was always eager to answer questions I had and the property owners had. That's a huge plus. The one thing that stood out overall was their attempts to keep my property clean and presentable each day. That's something that is very rare in todays world of service providers. I gave 5 stars because they deserve it and I couldn't give 6. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and other professional contractors because they done so well for me. SprayTec has impressed me and that's not easy to do. Use them, you wont regret it.

Spray-Tec does great work for a reasonable price. They show when they say they are going to be there and they do what they say they are going to do. Recently our old building had a leak that I thought was a roof leak and they helped us track it down and it wasn’t a roof leak but a window issue. They care and concern was top notice.

I have two large office buildings that are adjoined. One had a Spray-Tech roof put on and one had a durolast roof. Both were done in 2010. Still no problems on the Spray-Tech roof. I wish I could say the same about the other.
