This is my sons company. He has done all my remodels in my 3 bdr 2 b home. He took my basement finished it and added a fully updated area with 2bdr and 2 b. With open concept for kitchen, laundry and dining areas. He also did epoxy floor finishes and took out walls for addional rooms. Painting, custom trim, doors and windows were amazing. Now I have a beautiful 5 bdr 4 bath home. Plenty of room for family to come visit. Not to mention when completed the interior he also redid my exterior to match the rest of the vinyl siding and brick. Ty

I contacted future contracting about starting a couple of projects around my home and Mr. Zack showed up just like we discussed on the phone prompt and listened to all of my plans. It was a simple and easy quote process and once work was started they continued to show up on time and ready to get my home just the way I wanted it. took them a few days to wrap up my projects but they always cleaned up well and left nothing more then what they had to on site to get my work done when they finished my projects they exceeded my expectations for what I thought my home could be thanks again to the future contracting team for getting my home perfect!!!!!

I had structural repair done to my laundry room after I noticed the floor was badly sagging on one side, and initially had a few different crawl space companies come out to look at it. I live in an older home with limited/no access to the crawlspace, so all of the crawl space companies said they could fix the structural piece but I'd have to find someone else to tear up and replace the floor (only way to do the crawl space/structural work in this particular room). I found Future Contracting to do the floor part, but when Zac came out to assess he stated they could do the entire project -- structural and all! -- which was a HUGE relief to not have to piece meal workers together! Everyone was great to work with, and the project was done on time and within the estimated budget... I'm very pleased with the finished room which came out wonderfully with everything done very well! Given the quirks of this older home and multiple other projects that need to be done, I'll definitely be using Future Contracting again! Thanks all!

I'd love to tell you how my experience was, but the person never showed up for our consultation. After they requested to move up our appointment by one hour, making us scramble to get home in time, they NEVER showed up. Got a message the next day that the individual was on the way but got in road construction on our country road (they were paving), they had to get out of there because they were driving their brand new truck and couldn't get asphalt on it.

They came looked at my issues and gave me a reasonable quote if any repairs need to be done to your property this is the outfit to get.

They were very responsive to the additional needs and worked quickly and creatively to complete the project and even worked with me on the scheduling and payments to make it happen. Zac and his crew were hired to clean and basically remodel our kitchen after we had a prolonged unknown leak that finally busted in our kitchen for many months. They promised to treat our home as if it were theirs. And they have! As a mother safety and cleanliness is a top priority for me. They have gone above and beyond for us! The Michelangelos of ceiling drywall repair. Friendly and communicative staff. My only knock potentially would be scheduling, but that could've been due to larger volume of orders post Covid.

My family and I were in a real tight spot and needed an estimate for home repairs that required exploratory cuts into drywall to assess possible damage in the walls. We have a 1-year old daughter, and were terrified of exposing her to mold or some other awful thing behind the drywall, and Future Contracting went above and beyond to help us, with a zen-like patience with us as we voiced our concerns. They performed surgical cuts and then replaced the drywall securely, and sealed up the cuts so that what's behind the walls stays back there until we can come up with the money to call upon them to get the real job done, which we absolutely will. We can't thank Zach, Patrick, and Danny enough. Check out the photos of their finished work, they're top-notch professionals!

I was impressed with each Gentleman that we were fortunate to work with for the 2 weeks that they worked to help us remodel my moms home. Our oldest daughter is living there and we had a floor cave in that used to be a carport, we had Bdry come in and do some work but it left all there work exposed. So Zack , Daniel and there crew came in and built it all in , added a large closet with mirror doors , wow made what she is using it as a bedroom so much larger. They built around our fireplace looks fantastic! They painted the ceilings, the walls and all baseboard . The room is stunning. The also painted the kitchen and the utility room and added all new flooring to all 3 rooms. Being an older home we new we would run into some problems nothing major BUT just picking up the phone with an electrician and a plumber they came to the house immediately. Also very nice Gentleman. So they were prompt, hard working, cleaned up at the end of each day, and we just left them a key they could come and go we had no worries. I worried they worked long hours but you never heard them complain. So guys phase 1 is done we’re all looking forward to doing phase 2 and 3 look forward to do business with you. I’m not easy to please and at time I got confused but never a harsh word they explained to me, I ve had 2 strokes and what I didn’t understand they showed me what was the best for the house. Zach was super fast to respond and helped answer all the questions I had. Kris and kris did such a great job repairing our dry wall, we had several cracks in the ceiling and walls. They were super fast and very friendly. They made BFF’s with my 3 year old which was cool. I definitely recommend this company. The prices they gave were very reasonable!

These guys are awesome. We had termite damage found during a home inspection while selling our home. We called several companies to give us estimates and all of them either didn't show up or never sent an estimate after showing up which left us hanging the week of Christmas and needing the work done before closing the sale which was scheduled in less than a week. I called these guys 2 days before Christmas and they showed up Christmas eve, gave us an estimate on Christmas day, and finished the work today, the day after Christmas for an extremely reasonable price. These guys can be counted on and trusted. I highly recommend!!

This is the second job Zack and company have completed for me (1. Tear out a small bath, instulation of new tub, tile surround and new fixtures.
2. Correct a bracing issue in an attic area that included increasing entrance to same attic, removal of existing, insufficient materials and adding the necessary bracing required. All completed in a timely manner in scheduled time frame. Followed up with a clean work area when work completed.

We are very happy with the remodeling of our attic. The future Contracting team is courteous,professional, and experienced. I would recommend them.

Zach was recommended to me when I was buying a condo & selling my house in2018. He did a great job on the condo improvements & getting my house ready to sell, including some incompetent deck repairs, from a previous contractor, which he found & corrected. He is reliable & reasonably priced.

These guys work super hard. They take pride in there work. I have a house that is almost a hundred years old it was a very big job I have four bedrooms upstairs and a bath all rooms were painting the ceilings redone . there was a lot of drywall work and plaster work which was very hard they done a very good job. The stairway was a big job cause I was very tall but they done excellent work on that. Downstairs is a large living room dining room half bath and kitchen which all had to be painted drywall work all the trim was painted in the whole house. They worked very very hard and the house it was done on time the house look beautiful when they were done. Thank you all so much for all the hard work that was done.

Zac and the Improvement Pros team were an absolute pleasure to work with. I have the utmost respect for their company of hard working, detail oriented, and customer service minded employees. We (a non-profit organization) hired Improvement Pros to build a new office in a pre-existing commercial office space (pictured below) and to paint the interior of the entire building. Zac had his team in the next day and finished the project in THREE DAYS. Not only was the project beautifully executed, the guys at Improvement Pros went out of their way to touch up even the small details of the office that we had not initially discussed to ensure it looked perfect. Zac and his crew did an excellent job reframing and dry-walling a damaged wall and replacing frame elements on a damaged window. They were working under time constraints and met the target date. Would recommend them and would have them work on future projects.

Very user friendly. Fast, efficient, and professional. I needed drywall repair done and Greg, who has 50 years experience, did an amazing job! I mentioned that I couldn't find replacement rocks for my fireplace and they showed up the next day with the right rocks and installed them. Amazing! Will definitely use them again.

Great customer service! They want to ensure the customer gets exactly what they want. They did some patterned tile-work in my bath and it was excellent. Another project had some bumps, but they made sure I was happy before they finished.

I definitely recommend these guys for your remodeling needs. They were professional from the beginning of the project until the end. I added to the project after they began and they were very accommodating. At the end of the project Zac noticed several minor things that were not up to his standards and he stayed well after normal working hours to ensure that the project met mine and their expectations. Scott and Zac are both friendly and very easy to work with. Every worker that came to my house were both professional and kind. Improvement Pros is reasonably priced, trustworthy, and competent.

Zack and his crew arrived when promised - put down floor protection - set up scaffolding for our 16 foot ceiling -fixed the cracks in the ceiling seams(tape, mud, sanding) - painted the ceiling and the walls - did a fantastic job- cleaned up and were out in less than four days.

I can't say enough good things about Zach and his crew. He is extremely professional and follows up quickly. Home Improvement Pros did drywall, tile and paint work for me and it all looks great. Zach tore out a shower for me and reinstalled new tiling while I was on vacation. I came home fully prepared to clean up from the demolition work; however, Home Improvement Pros had not only cleaned up the bathroom they had cleaned my entire house from the demolition dust! The painting was neat, with no runs or messes. The drywall repair was excellent - you can't tell there was ever a problem. Since then I've had Home Improvement Pros back to do deck repairs which also look great. I will continue to utilize Zach's services and I highly recommend Zach and Home Improvement Pros for home improvement projects.

Here's an update to my review. March 2019. I am clearly a repeat client! Zac and the entire Improvement Pros team take so much pride in a job well done. The IP team has recently completed a room renovation for me that included drywall work, painting, installing new woodwork and removing carpet and installing a new wood floor. The room is beautiful and has become my favorite room in the house. Additionally, the IP team repaired a ceiling and walls that were victim to a leaking chimney. Speaking of that leaking chimney - John and another crew member came to my house on NEW YEARS DAY to work on that leaking chimney. Who provides that kind of service?
