Cody and the crew were awesome! I felt very informed throughout the roof replacement about what was going on. Cody, the foreman for the build, made sure to check in with me via the app and in person since I was home for most of the process. The finished product looks great; my home has more curb appeal and is no longer taking in water!!! The picture updates in the build web link made me feel like I was on the roof and apart of the build team. I could see the wood board that needed to be replaced and how the build and tear down went.

The entire crew was nice and put in the time to really make it look good and took the clean up very seriously. Cody went over the final details as they wrapped up the clean up. He’s super friendly, professional, and approachable. He did not make me feel like I was bothering him when I reached out to him during the build.

Josh is also an amazing rep and explained the process of what to expect from signing paperwork to day of the build very well. I felt very confident in choosing Andes Roofing after our conversation. I had previously met with two other companies and felt the best with Josh.

The roofing job was great! Very efficient and quick to finish. However, several of our front lawn plants were uprooted and put back to seem as if weren’t damaged. We’d moved everything else that could be moved out of the way and were hoping the plants in the flower bed would be safe. Just FYI for upcoming projects!

My wife and I bought a home and the roof was not in good condition. Reached out to several companies and Andes was quick and offered to send someone over within a few days (note that one company we reached out to hadn’t even responded with our estimate 10 days after having looked at the roof). Alex came over and inspected every area he could get into and took many pictures to show us some potential issues. When we sat down, he gave us several options and asked us what we wanted to do. There was 0 pressure from him on what we “should” do, all of the power was in our hands. After talking with him about options, he worked with us to develop a plan and helped us customize what the next steps would look like. When it came to the day of the roof getting worked on, Skyler reached out and was very helpful in keeping us informed and giving us access to photos showing the roof being worked on as it was happening. Both gentlemen were extremely respectful and always helpful. Never felt pressured to make a decision I wasn’t comfortable with and they made sure I was a part of the plan every step of the way. Highly recommend and if I ever need any work done in the future, I will 100% use Andes again.

The trust was established at the first meeting we had with Justin when he popped by to do a free roof inspection. He was honest and up front about everything. Fast forward almost 6 months we decided new gutters and siding were needed. Justin went above and beyond presenting all of our options, showing us 3D models with each of the options we were considering and walking us through the whole process. We ended up with a new roof (+all new sheathing), siding, gutters, and 3-way wrap for all exterior trim. Great service! They placed a temporary patch on my roof where I had an issue and came out as soon as they could to put a new roof on. Removed the old ugly sat dish off the roof for me to. All in all it took only a few hours and I’m happy with the results Skyler Wilkerson and his team provided.

Skylar was prompt, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He gave me some great tips to extend the life of roof and volunteered to clean my skylights. We have a lot of trees and pollen accumulated on the glass. I highly recommend Skylar for all roofing needs.

We had a great experience with Justin and the crew at Saddlebred Roofing. I called him for an estimate on a repair, but after looking around, he determined that there was significantly more damage than I realized. He worked with my insurance company to get them cover more than they'd initially agreed to. They replaced our roof, skylights, gutters, siding, and put aluminum wrap around all of our wood trim. The house looks great. We were in constant communication with Justin, and everything was done quickly. I'd absolutely recommend them.

Justin and his team were amazing! They completely replaced our roof and spoke with our insurance company on our behalf to ensure it was covered. The roof replacement was very seamless and done in one day, even with unexpected wood rot that they needed to replace. A few weeks later, I contacted Saddlebred to work on replacing our gutters and vinyl wrapping the soffit around our house, which was also done very well. Saddlebred did an excellent roofing job for me. Justin communicated with me about timing and his men showed up on time and worked constantly.. They finished in a day and a half and the cleanup was complete. I was amazed when they took a magnetic roller over the driveway and sidewalk to make sure that all nails were picked up. The entire team over at Saddlebred roofing is absolutely incredible. Justin was timely, responsive extremely communicative.
