Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! From their fast response times to getting the job done quickly and without any hassle, Chadwell was incredibly efficient. They were highly informative, clearly explaining everything and patiently answering all my questions.

What truly set them apart was their willingness to go above and beyond. They diligently worked with my home warranty, even past business hours (on a Friday, no less!), and were incredibly accommodating by coming out the very next day when I couldn't keep my original appointment.

Blake is exceptional. We used our home warranty service and usually the help is mediocre. Not this time! He is thorough, smart, and able to explain every detail of what's happening. I would only want his help for my minisplit from now on. My room is finally cold.

During the last cold spell, our outside unit froze up and our house dropped to 48 degrees! Due to ice on the driveway, Stephen parked at the top of the hill, grabbed his gear, walked down to the unit and had it fixed within a couple hours! Love this guys and highly recommended!!

I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but these folks deserve more than a good review. Our home’s furnace went up in smoke late last night. We have several pets and were so concerned about these freezing temperatures. I called Chadwell’s first thing this morning and they had someone in our house by 11 am. We weren’t even clients of theirs and they serviced us that quickly. Prices are extremely reasonable and their support staff are very helpful and professional. Can’t say enough good things or how relieved I am.

Steven went above and beyond yesterday to get our AC back to where it was working and back in service after adding Freon. We are again cooled down. Timely service.

They put in a new A/C unit for me a few years ago and still running colder than ever! Today I contacted him last minute and he came out same day to help us get our heat going again. Tihon is an exceptional HVAC technician. He was on time for my appointment and is a professional through the whole experience. Tihon change out my condensation pump without any issues. However, he found that both my furnace and AC were running at the same time. He took the time to figure out that my furnace control board needed to be replaced. This unfortunately made him late for his next appointment because he made sure that I would have working AC before my next appointment to replace the furnace control board. I would recommend Tihon with Chadwell Comforts if you want a job to be done right.

They were very nice and thorough. They fixed the problem and even stuck around to make sure it was working right. I was very impressed with these gentlemen, they also made sure they shut our big door behind them as they went in and out to make sure our dog didn't get out. We were very appreciative of that. My gas furnace was having cycling issues over the weekend with temperatures in the single digits. Called Chadwell Comforts on Monday morning. Even though it was short notice they were able to squeeze me in. Came and were able to check and clean up the issue. Had internal clogged drain lines that kept shutting down the unit. Great service. Will be getting annual maintenance.

We had Chadwell service our previous home's HVAC for several years, and we were always impressed with the quality and timeliness of their service. We are in a new house and are thrilled to have signed up again. We have found the comfort program to be a very good value and appreciate the reminders for servicing. Our heat stopped working. After searching for a reputable service provider we stumbled across Chadwell Comforts, LLC. After reading multitudes of 5 star reviews we decided to book the appt. Stephen came out with another guy (didn't catch his name), diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes and had it fixed and were out the door in no time. They had the replacement part on the truck and are extremely knowledgeable and it shows. Thanks again guys!! Also, the customer service/office folks were extremely nice and helpful.

Can't say enough about Stephen at Chadwell Comforts. I've worked with several different HVAC companies over the years and I am just so impressed with Chadwell. I have come to totally trust him. He's had to re-work multiple systems that were supplied by other companies and were originally done incorrectly. After he's done they work right. I don't have issues. He makes sure I have the right warranties - not more than I need and not less. Also, in emergency situations he's even run over and put in temporary units until the permanent solution can be installed. Excellent excellent company. Absolutely recommend them.

Stephen came out to make a repair to our heating. He was very professional and made us feel at ease since the repairs would be done while my wife was home. Very clean and did a great job. Definitely pays to feel trust in your service providers. We had been waiting for weeks to have another company take care if it and got tired of waiting. He was also able to make some recommendations for repairs that we may want to consider in the future in order to make the system more efficient, but wasn’t pushy about it either. Will be using them from here on out. Thanks!

We had the best experience with Chadwell Comforts! When we called it was later in the day and I assumed he would be out the next day but he was there later that evening. I am really impressed with the customer service. I feel he was very honest and his pricing was fair. We had a great experience and highly recommend Chadwell Comforts.

When our A/C went out in the middle of a 95+ degree week, I did NOT expect the incredible level of service I received from Chadwell and his team. We have a newborn and having the house properly cooled was of utmost importance. Those I talked to at the office and those that came and actually fixed our system were all super nice, helpful, timely and organized. I know it can't be easy juggling so many appointments and calls on these hot days but these guys/gals went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Last year,I used Chadwell before to clean the duct work on HVAC they did a awesome job.

This year, when I turned on my AC system it worked fine for a couple of days. On memorial day the AC system started blowing warm air.

I sent a message via messenger and they responded during off hours after 9pm saying they will try to look at the AC the next day. I wasn't expecting anyone to message or call me on Memorial day.

Chadwell Comfort was able to come out the next day! Hands down simply the best company!

Steven and his crew were very helpful and prompt. They came out next day when our A/C stopped working. He was able to get us up and running quickly. He also came back to fix our suspected leak. His office staff is just as helpful and responsible. I appreciate their communication and service.

They did an excellent job of showing what was wrong, why each item needed to be repaired or replaced. They did a great job of solving a frustrating issue.

This company came out .But was going to take over 2 weeks to get a simple part . So I called Chadwell Comforts they came the next day and fixed my ac unit . And where only here around 15 minutes and got my ac unit up and running . They had everything they needed with them . I will only be using Chadwell Comforts from now on.

Steven and his worker, John were extremely dedicated in making sure l got a heating system in on the day it was scheduled. Although my home warranty company made an error in purchasing the wrong furnace, Steven worked with them and, made sure the company corrected it so they could install my system. I can't thank them enough for their patience, understanding and realuzong the importance of me having heat after almost two months of using space heaters. So, many million mints of thanks to Steven and John for their help in distressing and putting me back in a safe environment. Professional and efficient! I’m impressed with our new system. They made sure everything was running well, that we knew how to use the new system, and cleaned up the installation mess.
Update: the heat stopped working 18 months after having the new system. At the three year mark, the AC stopped working. Chadwell does not have 24/7 service as advertised.

We are a small residential rental management company. We have never had such quick response for our heating problems. Our tenants have been very happy at the responsiveness and quickness, which Chadwell Comforts provides.
