Our company uses equipment that we purchased from Spray EZ, and it is a reliable machine that is used heavily every day. Their customer service is top notch! Anytime we have an off-the-wall problem, they are more than happy to help with diagnosing the issue and working to resolve it with us.

Called several companies for a start up rig and in the end felt very comfortable working with Roman through initial discussions and follow up calls on what was the best tig option for me. Tony delivered the rif to my location saving me 3-4 days of travel. He kept me informed on when he would be arriving and then delivered an 8-hour training session that provided me with everything I needed to know about the new equipment. Tony is top notch and has an abundance amount of knowledge on the equipment. He provided numerous troubleshooting scenarios and delivered detailed technical descriptions on how to work through each. When I ordered a machine I was in a rush, Derek had no problem helping me through all the ins and outs in a timely manner getting all my paper work in order. Once ordered it took about 5-1/2 weeks to get the rig. An insulated 18’ PMC PH2 rig. Very pleased with all equipment when it showed up

And very detailed. He had a great way of explaining things on how the whole system. Once we got to the spray location, he walked us through everything multiple times so we had it down pat, got the rig fired up and he showed me procedures and the race was on. Tony is very knowledgeable in the spray foam industry/equipment. Feel like training time would have been better spent doing more hands on time vs talking about how it worked without hands on experience. Overall training was great just a bit overcomplicated for the equipment setup we have. Didn't care for the amount of vulgar language used.

Roman is the man! He helped me when I first got my rig and recently when I was having all kinds of problems with my generator that came with the rig with less then 100 hours of use. After getting my generator diagnosed from a certified dealer they could not find the problem. After my generator had been in the shop for 4 weeks, Roman called me to go pick up my generator from the shop and to take it to him because he had a brand new generator waiting for me! I appreciate all the help and great customer service and I highly recommend Spray EZ, they took care of me and I will be back for another rig.

And we were having difficulties getting everything rebuilt, we called and spoke with a gentleman named Roman. Let me tell you that he provided absolute top notch customer service and helped us get our rig back together so we could get back to work. He kept in contact with is constantly to make sure we figured out how to get it put back together. Great customer service, great company to deal with!!!!

I’ve ordered a few sets of foam from spray ez, they have been very responsive, easy to deal with, and accommodating. They handle all the shipping and freight, each time I have ordered I’ve received a text from them within a few hours of my foam leaving on a delivery truck. Their foam sprays well and is well priced

Couldn’t have asked for better service. Within one week of deposit I had received my training and was on my way with my new rig. Got a better deal than anywhere else by far and the training was thorough enough I feel confident to be able to start putting it to work.

So far I have personally bought three spray rigs from this place starting in 2019 and i can say this whole outfit was one of our main resources to start and grow as a business. My first rig was more of a test as i didn't know them but even we were across the country they were extremely helpful, sometimes answering their phone after 9 pm at their location and still that way till today . Anything needed like parts or technical support Derek and his whole team are right on it and may times in a very hurry and after his working hours. Since we are three hours difference time zones it makes it hard on us but we didn't feel that difference because he will make it happen. I just received my new rig and I made mistake on ordering the machine and Derek made it happen for me to be able to ship the machine back and upgrade without any issues even though it was an issue that had to involve the manufacturers to dismantle the machine and upgraded it and still keep the warranty. I would recommend Spray EZ to anyone who wants to have the right support and with Derek there that is guaranteed.

Went to spray ez to get our rig. Was dealing with Derek. An amazing sales manager,very professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our rig was ready by the time promised. Tony was my trainer for new rig. He was very thorough and delivered his training very effectively. Tony has also been my go to guy for my tech questions. As you can imagine I'm new to the industry so I get in a bind at times. Tony has never let me down and has always treated me with great respect.

Danny was a awesome trainer. He was very informative and passionate about the foam industry. Very detailed about the rig. Great contact in my circle. Very pleased!!!!

The equipment was explained in great detail by Dan to a point where we left not only being confident in how to operate the spray foam machines but also the mechanical workings and trouble shooting all issues that could potentially come up. Great company to work with!

Derek did an amazing job at explaining all the product information and took the time to make sure I was comfortable before I decided to buy. Thank you guys so much for the help and Tony was a great trainer, he was very thorough during my training on my new SprayEZ 3000 machine.

My company purchased a brand new rig and generator from spray ez 2 years ago and have been using and servicing it regularly and correctly when it suddenly stopped working. I took it to 3 different technicians to look at it and each one told me that the machine was essentially a lemon. The rotor and stator fell apart into pieces and the heat regulator melted, none of which should happen. The machine has maybe 400 hrs of use. They also informed me that the exhaust was installed incorrectly. When I called to speak with someone about this, John hung up on me. He told me that there was a one year warranty so there was nothing he could do. When I asked him if it was typical for his generators to last shorter than a car he couldn’t answer the question. On top of that we consistently had problems with the transfer pumps busting seals. We went back and forth a few times before finally I had to get refurbished pumps from a different company, that haven’t failed since, after the only solution they could give me was to send me extra seals and o-rings for when they inevitably broke again. I will be reporting the company to the better business bureau for selling faulty equipment.

Doing business with SprayEZ was great. From Derrick in sales to George, who delivered and trained us. The entire process was awesome.
