Ryan and his team are top notch. When you need services such as what they offer, it has probably been a difficult day for you. When my emergency happened and I made the call to Spokane Fire and Water, Ryan took the time to walk me through the cleanup steps, listened attentively to my questions and concerns, and put me at ease with his high level of knowledge and excellent explanations. The completed work was similarly excellent and it is clear that these guys care about their work and their customers. Highly recommended!

I called SPOFAW with concerns regarding a potential water leak. Ryan answered the phone!! Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and offered to send out someone with equipment that could detect potential water under the flooring. The employee was very timely and courteous.. Also always willing to directly discuss the work with the owner as well. They’re easy to work with, and do fantastic build backs. They leave the property always looking much better than before any mitigation was even needed. I even have owners requesting them to do all of their work because they’re the best!

Spokane Water and fire restoration Is always there and out to inspect when fire or water damage occurs. They are very effective and good at communicating about the process of the situation and with insurance and getting the claims filed and making sure work is all done in the proper way. This is very important, when water or fire damage happens to your house, you want to make sure that it is cleaned up in all the proper steps. Ryan and his team are always there to make sure it's done properly and answer questions effectively.

Super great company! Friendly and professional. We had them restore the bathroom at a place we rent at. They came in got a quote quickly sent out, our landlord excepted. They then came in tore out the old quickly and did a great job treating the room. The floor had water damage and more. New Sub floor looked great. The final flooring looks great too. Over everthing works and looks great. Thank you all. The guy he had doing the work was awesome.

I would give this company a 10 stars if I could. Ryan was great to work with and did excellent work. He worked on my investment property, my tenant was absolutely thrilled with the finished product which was a new bathroom floor.

After discovering a leak under the floor of a bedroom in our rental home, Ryan and his crew were sent to repair. After opening up the area, they discovered a much larger problem (MOLD!) which required extensive repairs. Not only was the work they did EXCEPTIONAL, but Ryan dealt with the homeowner and insurance companies, and all the headaches that go along with it. Throughout the whole ordeal, everyone we dealt with from SWFR treated us with respect and completed everything efficiently and expertly. I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone looking for home repair. Local company with great service!

Talk about peace of mind! My sink overflow affected three levels and my knee-jerk reaction was to reach out to the “big brand” names. I didn’t hear back and am glad I didn’t so that I could get referred to SpoFaw. They sent guru Drew well before expected. We were immediately impressed at how he navigated the water path from the top level to the final resting spot, areas of concern in between and real time solutions on every step. Sure you’ll find water restoration with these folks but sanity restoration was the highlight. Very thankful!
