Spires worked with me for a house I have in Garland, Texas. Kerby was so extremely helpful. He was very proactive, worked out issues with the city of Garland, and worked with our insurance company. We got a great roof at a great price, but most of all we got great and honest service from Kerby.

They were there and available through every step of the process preparing for the new roof, such as dealing with the insurance company and several roof inspections. These guys are great! They gave a free inspection of our roof and gutter system, which we were afraid needed to be replaced after last year's storms. The roof luckily only needed minor repairs, and Spire took care of them right away and at a reasonable price. Although they found that the gutter system does need to be replaced, there was no pressure and no hard sell to do it immediately. That has definitely NOT been our experience with other roofing companies. It was such pleasure doing business with Kerby and the whole team at Spire Roofing. They are very professional and just all-around super nice guys. We recommend them without reservation.

Great experience with Kerby at Spire Roofing. He replaced three of our rental properties roof. Other two roofers came to our property and said the insurance won’t cover the complete roof replacement. However, Kerby was able to get our insurance to cover the full cost of replacement. Could not be happier. Thank you, Kerby.

I mean. Where do I begin?!?! I’m a profession where anyone can be a roofer, these guys are knowledgeable, honest, respectful, professional, and just good at what they do. Kerby came and checked my roof. While we didn’t need any repairs, he did show me a picture of a bullet in the roof, which is apparently pretty common. x2 even though we didn’t need any repairs, a friend/neighbor did get her roof replaced by Spire and had an AMAZING experience from start to finish. Good communication, professionalism, and fair prices! They even helped with insurance!!! Overall I cannot recommend Spire enough. Hopefully our roof lasts for many more years, but when we need repairs or replacement, I will be calling them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
