James was quick, efficient and very communicative. He replaced our faucet as well as installed a filtration system for drinking and cooking needs. He does his research thoroughly and gave us the recommendation for which one he’s going to install. Overall, I’m very satisfied with his work, he is detail oriented and super neat.
