I had siding damage to my home back in early July, and 1Roof was extremely supportive and patient throughout the grueling process of dealing with the insurance company. Initially, my insurance was declining to repair the siding on the entire home even though an exact siding match was no longer available in the market. Their management team went above and beyond by compiling a full recommendations report AND spent over an hour on the phone with a senior adjustor at my insurance company to convince them that covering repair costs for the full home was necessary.

This was a very good roofer with fair prices and quality work. Their price was 50% better than contractors trying to overprice to Great Falls neighbors. Nate and his crew were proud of doing professional work, replacing two roofs on my lot.

We hired 1Roof after positive reviews from neighbors and reading these reviews online. Unfortunately, our roof replacement experience was not positive. A few of the issues we encountered: (1) on install day, the sales person was never on site, we could not reach him when an issue arose, and the crew had never heard of him; (2) the crew asked my wife to go to Lowes to buy plywood to put on the roof; and (3) after the roof was installed, we hired a licensed inspector to examine the roof and the inspection report found several issues, concluding that "[t]he roofing is improperly installed.” 1Roof sought to subsequently fix the issues after the inspector raised them, but it has been a headache from the start of installation. I would not recommend this company.

Had a leak coming into the master bathroom after some heavy rain and needed to get it addressed.

Made an appointment and 24 hours later, Nathaniel from 1Roof showed up to look at the situation.

After looking at the interior damage, Nathaniel went onto to the roof to see what was going on. 5 minutes later, a knock at the door had Nathaniel on my doorstep, showing me an image of an issue with a pipe on the roof that wasn’t sealed properly. He then showed me the picture of the now-sealed pipe and told me that there should be any more issues.

The most honest people in the roofing business and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I originally called for a gutter repair thinking that the water issue in my basement was caused by a clogged gutter and a small hole from the outside that causing the rain water to come in to my basement. The contractor took the time to troubleshoot - much to our surprise, the issue was a leaky pipe hidden inside the ceiling - the root cause of the issue w/o charged. Their service is priceless - no pun intended.

1ROOF and their job manager, Nathaniel Lucas, did a great job on assessing our roofs hail damage and coordinating with my insurance company a refund of nearly the complete cost for installing a new roofand replacing 2 skylights and rainspout covers. The vent cover for the home furnace was damaged by the high winds. The cover broke into two pieces leaving the vent open for rain and animals to enter the heating system. I contacted 1ROOF late in the day to see about a repair. Because of the timing, I expected to schedule an appointment within a few days. Nathaniel contacted me almost immediately and came to my home in about an hour. He and his helper (also Nathaniel) climbed to the roof to investigate the broken cover. After recognizing the part was not something they stocked, they were able to create a fix of the broken part and replace it on the roof. These actions were outside of their regular work but were highly appreciated. While on the roof, they performed a quick inspection and provided pictures to show conditions of the roofing material (no other repairs needed). I would recommend 1ROOF for their prompt service and courteous resolution to my problem.

Bottom line is that these guys do exceptional work. 1ROOF did a complete roof replacement with skylight evaluation and energy conservation suggestions that none of the other 5 firms I vetted even mentioned. This business, owned by Bobby Estep, has some of the best Business Practices I have encountered in 15 + years. His honesty, integrity and genuine expertise in the field distinguishes this company. The value in his crew---mostly all brothers that have worked together for years-- cannot be measured in today's environment. They were on time and thorough. I called1ROOF and Bobby due to a referral I received from one of my neighbors. With all the companies that are out there I feel very fortunate that I used 1ROOF. Bobby to the rescue. We are renovating our home and re-framed one side of the house, walls and roof. I have installed 3 roofs myself and was prepared to do this job.
