I used Alpha Construction for two jobs. They were very professional and respected my home. They provided detailed quotes and provided daily updates until the work was completed. If additional work was needed they gave me a detailed explanation and quote. My approval was requested before any work needed outside of the original quote was performed.

Editing because I used Alpha again to complete framing, drywall, and tile work in my basement. They again did a great job, were very easy to communicate with, and showed up every day or proactively shared if they wouldn't be there. We had to do some foundation drainage updates, so Alpha came after that was complete to remove and replace the tile, put in new framing, insulation, drywall and painted. It turned out to be a bit complicated because the floor wasn't very level and the new drainage required some creative thinking, so they walked through options with us and did a really excellent job executing. Would highly recommend working with them!

Alpha did interior painting for 2 floors of my house - they did an excellent job, were very efficient (5 people came over 2 days and completed everything end-to-end, whereas others quoted at least 5 days to complete the work). They were very professional, covered all the floors/took off outlet covers etc. Also they communicated with me over text to double check any changes to what we agreed to before doing it. For example, they noticed paint in the ceiling and asked if I wanted it touched up.

They did a great job painting inside my home! They came on time and knocked it out quickly. They also cleaned up their mess and put my furniture right back when done. Not every contractor does that so I really appreciate that!

The team came out to powerwash and treat my natural wood deck. Samuel was very responsive with scheduling and other questions. The team did a great job and were on time. Other than the work being done, you could barely tell they were there, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves! The deck sorely needed to be treated and looks 100% better after Alpha Remodeling & Construction addressed it.

Alpha remodeling did an outstanding job building our new patio area with a gazebo and a fire pit area. Salvador and his team were thorough and put effort into every detail of the project. Replaced the entire concrete stairs, landing and slap attached to the front of the property. Assigned team was very attentive to detail and provided impeccable cleanup and removal of old concrete. The team even replaced my existing mulch in the flower bed adjacent to the concrete replacement project. I’m 100% satisfied. Alpha Remodeling & Construction is INCREDIBLE! They are the absolute best remodeling and construction company that we could ever imagine working with. They are so responsive, flexible, and easy to work with, and their technical skills are incredible. We first hired them for wall repairs (spackling and painting) in our basement after holes were left behind from electrical work that was done. We were so impressed and happy with the result and when it came time to do a large painting project throughout the house we knew we wanted to use Alpha Remodeling. They painted our dining room, living space, kitchen, upstairs landing area and a bedroom. They made everything SO easy - all we had to do was choose three paint chips from a local hardware store and they took care of the rest. The paint looks absolutely amazing, much better than anything we could have dreamed of. Their company can do so many different types of projects and remodeling/construction services around the house. For example, we had an antique lamp that we wanted to hang up and we thought we'd need to hire an electrician for this, but Alpha Remodeling was able to do it for us while doing the painting in the same room. This company is reliable, responsive, skilled, and above all, gets AMAZING results. Alpha Remodeling & Construction won the bid over five other contractors for their pricing. Two laborers arrived as scheduled and promptly began digging out a 21' by 4' by 3' deep area in preparation to replace my sidewalk. The project required preparing the subsoil which was disturbed when the sidewalk collapsed into a trench during a sewer line repair earlier in the year. The laborers backfilled and tamped with a "Jumping-Jack" the bottom 2 feet of the area. The contractor was ever present and noted that the soil content needed an additive to improve the stability of the subsoil, so a change order was made to have the final foot of the area filled with compacted crushed stone. The project took 4 days to complete at which the contractor was ever conscious of the situation and made every effort to accommodate our household's needs regarding use of the front doorway. Safety barriers, tarps to prevent tracking mud into the house, even a temporary step to lessen the inconvenience of getting onto the front stoop were all provided by Alpha Remodeling and Construction. I have worked in construction for several years and am very satisfied with the quality of their workmanship.

I would not hire this company unless you want to be scammed. I hired them to fix my subfloor and they left my house a disaster. First, they ripped up my subfloor and determined the floor Joists to be in bad condition. I was told they'd get back to us the next day with a quote. Over a week went by - no updates and they don't return phone calls/emails. Then they finally get a quote and it's jumped from the original 5k to almost 18k to replace only some of the floor Joists. I asked for an itemized quote and they never got it to me because after another week of waiting they were still "crunching the numbers." How did you come up with the original price if you don't have an itemized list? Second problem- because they stopped work on the first room, they left all their equipment spread out throughout my house. They also refused to start on the 2nd project I had already put a deposit down for. Finally I get them to come out for the 2nd project and they call me at 2pm when they allegedly start work in the mornings to let me know they could not continue the project unless I paid them a lot more money. I told them to just put it all back. They reinstalled a subfloor and left my master bedroom disgusting. There was sawdust everywhere. It was completely unprofessional. I have also filed a complaint with Home Depot Pro Referral where I got this company from. Lastly, I mailed them their final check and asked for confirmation they got it and never even got an email back. I found another company to do the project for a reasonable price. Do not reccomend this company.

This company was the best to work with. They did a terrific job for a reasonable price and addressed any issues and potential corrections with us right away. I couldn't recommend using a company more than Alpha

Alpha Remodeling replaced the shutters on our home. They were very professional and we are very happy with the quality of the work performed.

When we signed a contract with them, they gave us a date in which they would begin the project and a date within which it would be completed. They began the project on the agreed upon date and completed it a day earlier than the projected end date. I especially liked the fact that they did not subcontract out any of the work. They made all the plumbing repairs and replacement as well as all the electrical adjustments, dry wall installation and painting that were required. Involving subcontractors inevitably results in scheduling problems and delays in coordination. By providing all aspects of remodeling themselves those issues were completely avoided. They also offered friendly advice and suggestions to our plans which proved to be very helpful.
If we need additional remodeling in the future, I would call Alpha Remodeling first.

Full home remodeling done. From demolition all the way to installing cabinets, waterproofing, and painting; they are the best! Everything was done with care, and relatively quick for the amount of work they were doing! I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work that they did, the entire house went from looking outdated from the previous century, to this sleek, modern, newly-constructed home! For the quality of work that they do, you cannot beat the prices. I also had my deck completely redone, and my expectations were completely blown away! I will never regret that deck being done. Alpha Remodeling really is the best value, premium quality, and have professional experience in really making whatever project you have be the best it can be! If there IS anyone that beats their prices, I'd question the quality of work being done. I've paid independent handymen in the past who were apparently "experienced", but then the work was done poorly. I've since stopped that, and trust Alpha Remodeling with any project around the house. The best part is knowing they're are licensed and insured. I can't reccomend them enough!

Did a great job repairing fence after storm blew down several panels, and much faster for both the estimate and the job start/completion time than any of the other companies I got estimates/proposals from.

I was impressed with their punctuality, communication, workmanship, and cost of doing the work. I have had them do several jobs for me.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. I cannot stress how disappointed I am with this company. We hired them to do an outdoor paint project. After the project started, the owner tried to argue that a lot of things they were supposed to do would be additional costs even though they were plainly included in the contract; it seems like they try to lure you in with a lower price and then make outrageous additional charges. Equally worse, they severely damaged our new patio (several boards needed to be replaced), put a big hole in a window screen, and left paint marks all over, including on the windows and screens. The project just finished last month but we are already seeing significant peeling and areas that were clearly not painted at all. Nightmare experience.

Salvador and his team came to our house on Monday and completed the job on Friday. I was shocked at how quickly things were progressing and that they finished the job in (5) days! Our fence and gate(s) install look AMAZING! The team were very professional and answered whatever questions I had with respect. We are VERY HAPPY with their work and plan to call them again for other projects.

I have been working with Alpha Remodeling & Construction LLC for a couple of years now and I can always count on them to provide great service. The last project they completed included a roof replacement, repainting of the shutters and the trimming of my garage door plus the front door, and power washing my home. My house looks brand new! They provided additional services in adjoining to support the mission at no cost to me. Gilberto did an absolutely fantastic job installing new flooring in our master bedroom shortly before we moved into a house that we bought in Bethesda. Working on a tight schedule he executed flawlessly and managed to finish on time even though the scope of job grew to include refinishing all of the flooring on our first floor.

I called for an estimate on Wednesday, Samuel came to my home within an hour of me calling. He was very professional and thorough. I received what I believed to be a fair estimate for the work I needed, which was to repair and paint my staircase/hallway and to install three new ceiling lights. The work was completed within a day and a half. There was no mess, all clean up done by the company. What I appreciate also was how prompt and friendly they were. I plan on using them for my next project.
