Etc Services did an amazing job replacing my roof after we developed a leak. They were professional and transparent throughout the process.

Relied on ETC to address a couple of different repairs to my roof. Team is always super professional, showing me pictures of the "before and after" so I didn't have to climb on the roof myself to see what was going on. Very fair pricing. I will definitely call on them again, if needed. Highly recommend!!

ETC Services did an excellent job installing our new roof. Jason was very easy to work with. He was patient while we were having to get our solar panels removed. This company hits all of the marks of a great business! We had our roof redone. New shingles flashing new vents etc. #1 These guys are very quick when it comes to communication. Almost instant responses via text. #2 They double check everything making sure things will run smoothly on their work date . They found that some materials were missing prior to their date with us and brought them the day of. #3 Very professional through everything always kind in correspondence as well as things like clearing a path when we needed to leave the home mid work. #4 FAST WORK! this job was estimated by 4 companies to be a 2 day job. It is a very large roof and they knocked it out in less than a day. #5 they were on site before we even woke up setting out tarps and prepping for work to begin at 7am. #6 Clean up was much better than I had expected they cleaned up 99.9% of the mess (.1% off because I found maybe 3 nails of the thousands they took out. I had to look quite hard to find anything). Overall a great experience which I feel is not typical when we get anything done on our home really. Absolutely recommend. House looks brand new.

First I had some shingles blown off in a wind storm and a storm was coming. Found ETC on line, Jason was close and came by within the hour. He patched the peak to get me by the storm, then came back and replaced the entire peak.
Jason and his crew showed up around 12PM. They took the old roof off my 3 car garage and my 12'X30' shed, installed the frost sheet, underlayment, drip edge, shingles, replaced some plywood, cleaned up and were leaving by 3:30PM. I have installed a few roofs in my time but these guys were amazing. Would I recommend them...absolutely. And, Jason is a hell of a nice guy.

A tree fell on the roof of an elderly loved one. Jason Crum and his team responded speedily to tarp the roof to prevent any water damage.

Most people have never had to deal with a tree falling on their house, or working with the insurance company for their coverage. He was EXTREMELY patient, courteous and professional throughout the process. After we found a company to remove the tree, ETC Services did a stellar job with repairing the roof, siding and gutters. The house looks better than ever!

Jason and his team are EXCEPTIONAL! I received estimates from over 12 different roofing companies and my wife and I felt the most comfortable with ETC Roofing.

I had a lot of questions for them as I have never purchased a roof before, and he was able to explain them thoroughly and in a way that made sense!

ETC was able to provide a free consultation very quickly and their prices are very reasonable! They also were able to complete the project within 1 week of signing the contract and were in and out in about 7 hours.

They also do a phenomenal of cleaning up debris and any of their materials that are created during the installation. This was extra important to us as we have a 11 month old daughter who loves to walk and explore. Since the project has completed (May 2022) we were only able to find a small piece of an old shingle and have not seen any other debris left behind. It was like they were never even there!

We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing services, especially roof replacement and skylight installations. We couldn't be happier with our new roof.

Needed some caulking done due to bees getting in. While doing this they noticed hail damage and I contacted my insurance. ETC worked with me through the insurance process and got a beautiful new roof with new gutters as well. They worked efficiently and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend!

Jason and his team did our roof a couple years ago and it was great!! He came recommended by a co-worker and I called him practically in a panic after having another company try to scam us and he explained everything and took the time to come by and explain the same things with my husband. On the day of the job he and his team waited for me to get home because I have a super skiddish dog who I knew would need someone to sit with him while there were people on the roof. He even found a fake ridge vent and took the time to show my husband and explain to us our options for fixing it and was still able to complete the job that day. We first dealt with ETC services because he had examined the roof of a house we were hoping to buy. He was honest and explained the roof condition very well. Later we used him to do some repairs on the roof of the house we eventually bought. Again we were happy with the work, so when the time came for a new roof we called ETC. A few year ago after getting a few quotes from other roofing companies I had Etc. Service replace the roof on the apartment over my garage. Today I had them come back and replace the roof on my shed. Not only was the quality of their work outstanding but the cost was more than competitive, it was extremely reasonable. They never leave a mess and their workers are polite and work extremely well together.. I have recommended them to other family members and friends which is something I only do for service companies that earn my respect. Top quality work and highly recommended.
