Specialty Roofing, Peoria AZ, replaced a section of my concrete tile roof and I could not be more pleased. When the first licensed roofing contractor I contacted did not return my call after a two-weeks period, I called another contractor and scheduled an appointment time for an estimate. When the second contractor failed to appear for the appointment, I called Specialty Roofing and received a completely different level of customer service far superior than any I had received from other contractors. In retrospect, I am very happy the other two contractors failed to respond because their failure ultimately led me to Specialty Roofing. From the first call through the completion of the replacement of a large section of my roof that had sustained storm damages, Specialty Roofing provided optimal customer service that far exceeded my expectations. Matthew, the manager I worked with, arrived for the estimate and thoroughly examined the roof from the inside and outside of my home. I was provided with photos of the problem areas and Matthew explained the options and made recommendations. His estimate was thorough and easy to understand and he took the time to answer my questions. When I asked if he could be present when my insurance company adjuster was scheduled to assess the roof, he graciously agreed. His expertise and overall knowledge proved invaluable when the adjuster examined the damage and ultimately made the determination the work would be covered by insurance. The adjuster also told me he was appreciative of the input from Matthew and impressed with his knowledge that Matthew had obviously acquired through experience. The work was scheduled for the following day and the workers were prompt, professional, worked in a clean and tidy manner, and used state-of-the-art materials including a thermal material that significantly reduces attic temperatures. Even the trucks the workers drove were clean and presented a professional well-branded impression. In addition to the work as scheduled, the workers painted roof dormer vents and fan ventilation ports where the existing paint had chipped and peeled from exposure to the elements. The workers also caulked the corners of chipped tiles on all areas of the roof, which is large and has many peaks and valleys. Since the roof tile is no longer available, I greatly appreciate the attention paid to the small details while providing roof maintenance. When it comes to roof replacement or repairs, I give Specialty Roofing the highest rating possible for customer service, work performed, materials, product warranty, overall customer experience, and price. I recommend Specialty Roofing for any roofing needs and will certainly use them in the future.
