Please do everything you can to go elsewhere. I paid for condo deck stair replacement to the beach. It was over $8,000. The owner came to my workplace to get the check for payment which was really weird being that I didn't have a chance to see the final work. When I got there, the deck stairs were half-painted the wrong color (condo rules say brown but they painted it battleship grey?), the stairs were not square, and the stairs were not placed consistent at all, and I was left with a bucket of paint with a sign that said: "please paint the rest of it."
