It’s as if there are no windows at all, they are so clean! Had I known their prices were so reasonable I would have had them out a long time ago.

Also impressed by their professionalism, and obvious client service skills. They obviously know it’s better to have repeat clients and recommendations than making a quick buck and moving on. It’s great to know there still folks who run their businesses that way.

I don’t plan on ever washing my windows again. Thank you for bringing our house back to life.

Austin's attention to detail and calm demeanor was a plus for me. He
cleaned windows (inside and out) on 4 properties/floating homes. He also made new frames and screens for one. Two of them being 2 story. Very fair prices, attention to detail, timely, and follow thru.
Amazing, clean and clear lake views now!
We will be using him for all window services in the future!

I was skeptical of the need to have our air ducts cleaned but after Jason showed me the amount of dust and debris that came out of the air ducts in our home I am now a believer. I highly recommend Specialized Property Services. They did a very through and professional job. I am now convinced of the need to have the air ducts in my home cleaned.
