Kudos to Saado and his team at Space Construction. They did a complete update on my home on time and under budget! They were responsive every step of the way and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

We used Space Construction for a complete bathroom remodel. The results are beyond our vision. Saado Ablasi is a complete professional. We changed our minds quite a few times during the process and he just went along-no exacerbation. He kept us posted as to next steps. Physical visits by him or his assistant. Offered his professional opinion about changes or design. I appreciated the workers always cleaning up when they left each day. Something will always go wrong with a remodel and it was no exception with our project but Saado made sure it was fixed at no cost to us and more importantly, no hassle to us. I trusted Saado and that peace of mind is priceless. Can’t wait to work with him again.

Saado with Space Construction has by far been the most helpful contractor in remodeling my home in Rowlett. Everything from the floors to replacing my master shower and vanity with sinks, countertops, windows and great drywall texturing. I tried other contractors thinking they would be the specialists in flooring, painting etc. and in every way Space Construction provided the best guys for the job and even redid a good portion of work done by other contractors in the area. I love my master bath! Saado is phenomenal on responding to your phone calls and written communication immediately. He will make sure the job is done correctly.

I called to get an estimate on having attic access hole enlarged and adding a ladder. Apparently, my job wasn’t big enough ($3k minimum) for them and they told me to look elsewhere. Didn’t even offer me an estimate or ask if I needed anything else done. I have lots of other larger jobs I need to have done, but I guess another company will get my business. Very unprofessional.

Space Construction did very nice work in all the areas mentioned as well as painting the whole interior of the house including doors and extensive woodwork and cabinets. They are easy to work with and have fair and competitive prices. I highly recommend them for all of your home maintenance, repairs and upgrades.

We replaced our roof after a hail storm. We then remodeled our Master bathroom with a new tile shower and floor. Then we remodeled another bathroom. Space Construction did a great job, was very responsive, and was very professional. I highly recommend!

Our house is pretty new, but the main bathroom was nothing special; in fact, the drawers were tiny.and everything in the bathroom was gray. Space Construction, Inc., led by Saado, came out, discussed ideas, & soon we had a layout and a materials list. We were nervous about the contract and Saado came out a couple more times to discuss and put us at ease. Everything went smoothly and all his subcontractors were timely with great workmanship. The service we received was top notch. Any other projects that arise, we will definitely be calling Space Construction. Our new bathroom is gorgeous and we couldn’t be more pleased!

Space Construction (Saado Ablasi) was everything I was looking for for our entire home remodel. When looking for a general contractor for a project this large and complex, I was particularly looking for three things: 1) Technical knowledge, skill and experience 2) Someone who could provide and manage all the different crews and specialists we required and 3) an effective and efficient communicator. We were so fortunate to find all three qualities in Saado. He saved us tons of time, lots of money and became a valued friend in the process.

Remodeling can be long, hard and frustrating. Very few contractors do it really well. Saado was exceptional and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. From design to permits, plumbing to electrical, tile work to flooring, paint to carpentry, he brought us the experts we needed in the order we needed them. Upon deciding to re-floor my staircase (from carpet to hardwood), I contacted three companies for quotes. The first two didn't impress me, but Samuel from Space Construction left a much better impression. He did a very thorough walk-through of the area to be worked on, answered my questions, and made professional recommendations. I was very appreciative of his active communication throughout every step of the process. He even was able to accommodate an addition to my original request all through text message. I was very excited that I was able to see 3D renderings of the project before it began, so I had a good idea of what it would look like at the end. The work crew didn't keep the most regular schedule, but they worked diligently and were very polite and thorough. They even finished the job a day earlier than expected, and they came back out to make some minor repairs to ensure a perfect job. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work. My house looks beautiful and the price was very reasonable for the scope of the project. I'm so pleased with the results that now I'm thinking of potential future projects!

I had them replace a barn door with a traditional door and create a pocket door in the wall between 2 of my bedrooms, making an easy nursery transition. The workers were extremely professional, punctual, and clean! Beyond that, they did a superb job on the doors. Completely matching them to the doors already in the house and making it seem like they were always supposed to have been there. We will absolutely use this company again for all future home construction projects.

We hired Space Construction to convert an upstairs loft area into a proper bedroom. They handled everything from start to finish including architect drawings, city permits, inspection scheduling, electrical, framing, construction, painting, and clean-up. They are fast, professional, and their pricing is more than fair. The final result looks great, and we are thrilled. It's exactly what we wanted. Space Construction did amazing job installing hardwood floors in my game room, hallways, and two flights of stairs. I worked with Sahar. He was very professional and offered great suggestions. I’m in love with my new floors and we get compliments every time someone comes to visit. My husband and I have already started thinking of new projects for the future. Space Construction installed a new attic ladder. It was completed within a few hours when the installer arrived to do the work.

Space construction did quality work for me. I had projects inside and outside. They replaced all my gutters and gave me great color choices, painted front door and replaced hardware , repaired and painted baseboard and trim in the house, patched soffet so well that I can't tell where it was done, fixed my chimney, and replaced my fence. There was great communication every step of the way. They worked with me on the prices for all the projects. Work was done timely and neatly. The only thing that slowed them down was weather. I called for a free estimate and I am glad I did.

Work done included replacing bathroom faucets, painting bathroom ceiling and garage walls, regrouting kitchen tile and replacing two skylights. Work was done well and within time frame given despite a couple of problems encountered (as there always is in a 30+ year old house). I recommend them and would call them again.

We have hired Space Construction for two different jobs at our house. The attention to detail, and excellent customer service that the owner, Saado provides is top notch. If you’re looking for company that can help you envision your remodel goals and bring them to life look no further. We will be using Space Construction for all our remodel and upgrade projects in the future, they do not disappoint!

Sahar & his team with Space Construction did a fabulous job on our built-ins! Fluid communication, got the job done a month faster than I expected, and I love the finish product. Would highly recommend to anyone looking, and we will be using again in the future

They didn't get a permit to install my roof when they got shutdown. By the city they showed up with a contract that was. Different than the original document and was on a cell phone and unreadable so it was signed because they had already removed the roof and wouldn't install the new one without a signature and storms were forecast for the next week.the roof has to be completely redone because they didn't replace rotten decking and one valley was done so poorly it will require complete remova.they also did l our shed and shingles are laid down crooked.and looks horrible
